A buyer in Brussels has raised an issue regarding VAT charges, alleging payment duplication. Despite confirming with Ebay that I am not responsible for VAT, the buyer pursued a dispute. Even after discussing it with an Ebay representative, who did not mention a $20 dispute fee, I still denied the claim. Utilizing Ebay's international shipping, the buyer insists on being double-charged VAT. I am not involved in VAT transactions or shipping procedures, yet I am being asked to refund the entire amount, including shipping, for an uncontrollable situation. This experience has led me to reconsider selling internationally on Ebay and seek alternative platforms for my products.

I have been trying to upload the required documents for eBay managed payments for almost three weeks now. However, I keep receiving a notification stating that the documents are not clear enough. Even though I uploaded direct files from my bank account and my ID with all corners visible, the issue persists. I am confused about what additional information is needed. My funds are being held, and I am considering filing a complaint. Despite contacting eBay management and uploading the documents again as requested, the problem remains unresolved. I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the repetitive response I am receiving. As a loyal eBay customer, I need access to my funds and the reactivation of my account. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I may have to reconsider my association with eBay.

Regarding: eBay order number: 11-07[redacted]6 UPS tracking number: 1Z81R[redacted][redacted] Item ID: [redacted]34 Seller: susannchris59 Hello, I purchased the "Northern Exposure Complete Series Seasons 1-6 New DVD 26 disc set" on eBay. After receiving an email stating the item was delivered to me, I checked the UPS tracking number provided. UPS indicated it was delivered to my front porch, but I didn't find it there. I have been unable to reach eBay for assistance. Upon contacting UPS, I was informed that the tracking number was for a package from Amazon to a different address in my city. To file a claim, UPS needs details of the sender which I don't have as I ordered through eBay. I am eager to speak with someone at eBay to resolve this issue. My primary concern is to receive the item I purchased. If possible, I prefer the item over a refund. For further assistance, feel free to contact me at [redacted]. Thank you for your support. Gary B.

I ordered item # [redacted]73, specifically CHANEL N°5 EAU DE TOILETTE 100ml / 3.4oz NEW with Box, on Sept 1 under order # 17-07[redacted]0. Unfortunately, upon receiving it, I discovered it was not authentic. After contacting the seller and eBay's intervention, I was instructed to return the item by Sept 29 with tracking information. Despite challenges like running out of copy paper and ink in September, I managed to post the package on Sept 27 using the eBay label. However, due to a misunderstanding about the tracking info, the case was closed on Sept 29. Even though the item was successfully returned, the case closure has left me confused. I believe I have fulfilled the necessary steps for a refund. The package was shipped on 9/27 at 9:36 a.m., and tracking number 9[redacted] 8[redacted] [redacted] 45 confirms its delivery on September 30. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you, Sara Shollar.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to inform you of an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to store number [redacted] at [redacted] East Main St., Columbus, OH [redacted]. I had purchased $1,[redacted].00 worth of eBay gift cards which I later discovered were involved in a national scam related to a used vehicle purchase. I have taken steps to report this issue to the FBI and the Columbus, Ohio Police Department, and I am willing to assist in any further investigations. I believe it is important for Kroger to publicly caution customers if products they sell are being misused in scams. I possess the gift cards and purchase receipts, and I can provide documentation of my reports to the authorities. I urge Kroger and eBay to collaborate on a plan to address this criminal activity. I have compiled evidence of fraudulent eBay materials associated with this scam. I intend to contact local and national news outlets to bring attention to this issue. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated, and I kindly request confirmation of receipt of this message. Sincerely, David Swoope, Jr. [redacted] (cell)

Subject: Concern Regarding Purchase of eBay Gift Cards at Kroger Store [redacted] Hello, I am David Swoope, Jr. I visited Kroger store number [redacted] on September 28, [redacted], at [redacted] East Main St., Columbus, OH [redacted]. I went to buy eBay gift cards worth $1,[redacted] in total. Unfortunately, I later discovered that these cards were involved in a national scam related to a potential used vehicle purchase. I have some concerns to address with you: 1. It might be beneficial for Kroger to alert the public about scams related to products they sell, such as with a prominent display or warning. 2. I am puzzled as to why Kroger sells products that could harm consumers financially without clear warnings. Please note the following details: - I have the five cards and the purchase receipts. - I have reported the incident to the FBI and Columbus, Ohio Police Department with official reports. - I found similar scams online and am willing to assist in any investigation to track down those involved. - I have included a Word document with evidence showing the scam's details. - I am prepared to share all email correspondence related to this issue. - I plan to escalate this matter to local news stations and potentially to national/international media outlets. I kindly request acknowledgment of this message. Thank you, David Swoope, Jr. [redacted]

Hello, I purchased three gas beds from eBay. Two of them did not have my flat number on them, but the third one did. Last week, I spoke to a representative from eBay regarding the $[redacted] that I am owed. He assured me that eBay would deposit the $[redacted] into my bank account within a couple of days. However, I have yet to see the funds in my bank account. I urgently need the $[redacted] that eBay owes me. Last Wednesday, I discovered unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account and had to get a new bank card from NAB to prevent further unauthorized transactions. Can you please provide me with information on when eBay will deposit the $[redacted] back into my account? I am looking forward to your response. Thank you, Vicki.

I am facing an issue with an eBay order (item number [redacted]26). I typically rely on eBay's global shipping program to avoid dealing with customs forms. However, this order is requesting me to fill out customs forms despite using the program. I'm confused as to why I have to handle these forms when I specifically use the global shipping program to avoid this hassle. In the past, a similar situation occurred, and after contacting eBay customer service, I was advised to cancel the order. Upon canceling, I received negative feedback, which was problematic. If I cancel this current order, could the negative feedback be removed? I believe eBay should address this issue with their global shipping program, as it is causing inconvenience for me regarding customs forms.

I purchased a Schlage lock from an ebay seller with great reviews. Unfortunately, the lock fell apart during installation. Despite purchasing a replacement part for $35, the keypad ended up also broken. When addressing the issue with the seller, they refunded the amount I was out. After accepting a partial refund of the $[redacted] total, I found out the keypad was damaged, and contacting ebay didn't help as the case was already closed. Even after leaving a negative review, it was removed, leaving me frustrated and feeling that the seller's flawless rating may not be entirely accurate. My main goal now is to either return the item for a full refund or warn other buyers about this situation.

I purchased 3 gas beds, 2 without my flat number and the third one with it. Before, I had a different bank card, but due to unauthorized transactions, I had to get a new one. An eBay representative assured me that the $[redacted] would be refunded within a couple of days, but it hasn't appeared in my account yet. The new bank card number is [redacted][redacted]. I've been trying to resolve this for three days, but I keep getting stuck on the eBay platform as my new bank card isn't recognized. I need the $[redacted] refund owed for the beds. eBay needs to send me a check since my bank card won't work online. My name is Vicki Palmer, and I reside at Flat 2, 1 Isla Street, North Sunshine, [redacted] Victoria. I hope to solve this soon without further complications. Thank you.

In August, I purchased a play cash register for $26.86 from biwag-70, and this charge appeared on my credit card statement. Unexpectedly, I received a bill from discount school supply totaling $48.53, despite not ordering anything from them. Upon calling them, I learned that the bill was for the play cash register I purchased, which I believed was from an eBay seller. It turns out the seller used my information to fraudulently order the item from discount school supply. Although my credit card company declined the transaction, I received the bill for it. The discount school supply representative confirmed this was a scam and advised me to report it to eBay. After explaining the situation, they assured me I wouldn't receive further bills for this unauthorized order.

Hello, I recently purchased 3 gas beds. Unfortunately, 2 of them did not have my flat number on them, while the third one did. I spoke with a representative from EBAY last week, who assured me that the $[redacted] for the two beds without my flat number would be refunded to my bank account. However, the money has not yet appeared in my account. To complicate matters, someone has been taking money from my bank account without my knowledge, prompting me to receive a new bank card from NAB with the number [redacted][redacted]. I have been trying to resolve this issue for 3 days now, but I keep getting the runaround from customer service. All I want is for someone to assist me in retrieving the $[redacted] that EBAY owes me for the beds. I hope this clears up the situation, as I do not wish to repeat myself endlessly. Thank you for your help. - Vicki

My eBay account was recently permanently suspended without a clear reason provided. Despite receiving warning messages about returns not following eBay policies, I had contacted eBay earlier and was assured it did not pertain specifically to me. Another user confirmed they received similar warnings without violating policies. I specialize in evaluating coins for quality, and sometimes discrepancies arise when sellers are unaware of factors affecting value. I request returns or partial refunds in such cases. While a seller complaint may have caused confusion, I am unsure if this is related to the suspension. eBay has not provided a path for reinstatement, only stating my account is suspended. How can I resolve this issue?

This morning, I sent a picture postcard to a buyer within England. Our UK addresses should not have incurred international charges. The eBay item number is [redacted]29. However, the buyer received an invoice from eBay totaling £20.82, instead of the £5.50 it should have been for postage. The buyer paid me, but I informed her of the overcharge. The buyer has overpaid by £15.32. Should the refund be issued directly to the buyer or to me? I would prefer the refund to go directly to the buyer.

I am facing an issue with a buyer who purchased £21 worth of jewelry and is demanding a full refund including £14 for postage. Unfortunately, the buyer did not read the description properly, which clearly states that each piece requires work, and the actual postage cost was only £4.60. I received an email this morning notifying me that the money will be deducted from my bank account, even though the buyer has not returned the parcel and is not responding to my messages. I am unsure of what steps to take next, as I cannot afford to pay an additional £14 for postage on top of everything else. Any assistance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have an eBay listing for a Genuine Windows 11 item fully supported by Microsoft and meeting all officially published requirements. Various listings for Windows 11 items are installed on old, officially unsupported hardware. Although Windows 11 can be installed on these items, Microsoft has mentioned that future security updates may not be provided unless TPM 2.0 and published CPU requirements are met. There is no notice provided to the customer about this. My listing is mistakenly grouped with these items even though it is one of the few truly genuine Windows 11 items available. There is no differentiation being made on these older items, and because they are much older hardware, they are being sold at significantly lower prices. This situation is unfair to both buyers and sellers.

I encountered an issue with order #[redacted]80, which was purchased on Sep 23 for $61.38 from the seller leeg6349. Initially, I opened a case because I believed the seller was unwilling to accept the return. After the seller assured me that a refund would be sent and there was no need for the case, I trusted her and closed it. Despite my medical condition involving a brain tumor causing occasional confusion, I returned the item as requested. Unfortunately, the seller declined to issue a refund and retained the item, falsely claiming that I had damaged it.

I listed an item for $[redacted].99 and received an offer of $[redacted] which I accepted. After that, eBay informed me that I was waiting for payment from the buyer. Subsequently, I received an invoice request along with a message from the buyer, "Aloha! Gracias for making me the bid winner. I have a question about the item. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] for prompt payment. Thanks, Michelle." When I attempted to send an invoice, a message appeared stating "Sorry, the item(s) included in your invoice are no longer valid for sale." Suspecting a scam, I did some investigation. As a first-time eBay seller, I am unsure about the next steps. Should I wait for payment and cancel the order if it doesn't arrive? Appreciate any guidance in this situation. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with an auction item I purchased. The listing is for "2 Pro Set [redacted]-91 Football Association Soccer Cards Factory Boxes 48 Packs." I understood this as two Pro Set boxes. However, the seller insists it is for one box containing 48 loose packets, not two boxes. I typically have my US purchases shipped to MyUS postal service in Sarasota, then forwarded to my address in Denmark. Returning the item due to the misleading description will be costly compared to the item's price. The conversation with the seller on Ebay confirms that the price paid aligns with purchasing two boxes. I seek advice on how to proceed. Thank you, Jesper I.
