Hello, I recently purchased an item from a seller, but UPS had an issue with shipping it on time due to a problem with the item. I contacted the seller about this, and they responded accusing me of giving them a bad review and calling them a fraud, leading them to threaten to ban me and contact you. I have been trying to reach out for assistance but haven't had any luck. I would appreciate your help in addressing this situation promptly as I feel intimidated by the seller's actions. Thank you.

A seller falsely claimed they were using the eBay Vehicle Protection Program. They received $[redacted] from me through eBay gift cards and have not responded to my messages. Despite having paperwork from a site claiming to be eBay Motors, there is no record of the transaction on my eBay account. Being a college student, saving up for years to buy a car, this scam has left me devastated and caused panic attacks. I am desperate to resolve this and get my money back.

I made a purchase on eBay for a set of tires but encountered issues with the delivery. FedEx incorrectly delivered the package to the wrong location, and despite acknowledging the mistake, they cannot issue a refund directly to me. The seller, on the other hand, is directing me to resolve the matter with FedEx before they consider refunding my $[redacted].24 for the tires. This situation has left me frustrated as I am stuck in a loop between the seller, FedEx, and eBay. It has been challenging to reach a live person at eBay for assistance, and attempts to contact the seller via phone and email have been unsuccessful. I believe I should be protected under eBay's buyer purchase protection in cases like this where I did not receive the item as described. I am hoping eBay can intervene to either secure a refund from the seller or cover me under their buyer protection policy.

I recently requested a return for a Harmon Kardon [redacted] receiver on eBay due to receiving a defective item purchased on June 26, [redacted], from the seller "tritonic." Upon checking my eBay messages, I found a message stating the return must be sent back by July 26 for guaranteed processing. I have printed the return label and plan to send the item back to the seller in California. I am unsure whether my refund will be processed through eBay or PayPal. The seller has not acknowledged my return request, nor has eBay provided official notification, leading me to discover the return label by exploring my account. In the future, I hope to receive proper notification of return acceptance to avoid any confusion. eBay recently reset my password without explanation and is not recognizing my username. Contacting them by phone is not an option due to my disabled phone and my lack of social media accounts. It's frustrating that such a successful company like eBay doesn't offer more accessible customer service. Additionally, the use of 'noreply' mailboxes is inefficient and wastes everyone's time. I tried to contact a seller through a friend, but she was warned about sharing my email address in the message. This restriction is hindering communication. I am increasingly annoyed by these issues. I purchased two identical items from Dropshop-UK, both of which have the same defect. The adapter for music keeps cutting out after a short period of use. I requested a refund, and the seller wants me to return the item. However, the seller keeps insisting on me using the original envelope for the return, which I no longer have. Despite explaining this multiple times, the seller continues to ask me to cover the return shipping costs. Due to an accidental action, I am unable to proceed with the return process on eBay.

I recently purchased two furniture items from a company on eBay, both shipped from the USA to the UK with considerable postage and customs fees paid upfront via the global shipping programme. After receiving an email from the company stating one item was out of stock and issuing a refund for the item cost but not the associated postage and customs charges, I discovered they had marked both items as dispatched with the same tracking information. The seller claimed they don't handle the shipping and customs fees and directed me to eBay for resolution, but eBay suggested contacting the seller. Upon finally receiving the package and realizing the missing refund for the unshipped item, I opened a case only for eBay to promptly close it, instructing me to reach out to the seller once more. Despite email evidence from the seller confirming the item was never sent, I'm perplexed as to why I'm being charged for postage and customs on a non-existent item. Any guidance on the next steps would be greatly appreciated as I'm feeling quite frustrated with the situation. Thank you for any assistance provided.

Good afternoon, I previously had an eBay account that I haven't used in years, so it was not recognized. However, I found an item I wanted to purchase as a birthday gift for a friend in the UK. After re-registering with eBay, I received an email confirmation, made the purchase, and paid with my credit card. The transaction went smoothly. Later, I was surprised to receive an email stating that my account was permanently suspended with no explanation. Despite my attempts to address this, the decision was final, and I was directed to write a letter to a US address for any complaints, which is inconvenient since I live in the UK. It's frustrating not knowing the reason behind the suspension. On a positive note, I was notified by the seller that the item is on its way. Hopefully, everything will turn out fine.

I placed an order for the wrong item and immediately tried to cancel it. However, the cancellation window was open but it would not allow me to cancel. I have contacted EBAY via email multiple times but have not been successful in canceling the order or connecting with a live agent. The order number is [redacted] [redacted], and the seller is Penny Smart. I previously emailed requesting the cancellation with no confirmation. The local post office said they might not be genuine despite the sellers reassuring me. It seems these stamps may have come from China or N. Korea, which was not disclosed. eBay has removed the sellers, but I still want a refund. I can't contact the sellers due to their removal. They have now moved to Shopify, but I don't want more fake stamps. I insist on being refunded for my purchases to avoid any legal issues related to using counterfeit stamps. Last month, my bank account was compromised, and I reported it to eBay. I believed the issue was resolved; however, when checking my account, I noticed two charges reappeared as "default debit." The original charges, which were resolved on 06-28-[redacted] for $42.79 and $85.58, have been deducted again as default debits. This is concerning as I have never made a purchase on eBay, only used the account for advertising my motorhome and Jeep. I am troubled by these unauthorized transactions. I urgently need this matter to be rectified, and the funds restored to my bank account promptly. I seek your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Several unauthorized charges were made to my account by someone bidding on tennis shoes from Miami, FL, with deliveries to [redacted] NW 66th St, Miami, FL. Despite assurances from your fraud department, the situation remains unresolved. The customer service and fraud department contact numbers listed on your website are unreachable.

Hello, I purchased an art piece with an authenticity certificate from a seller named Lynart_9. Despite Lynart_9 having numerous 5-star reviews, when I requested to inspect the authenticity in person, they avoided me. I proceeded with the purchase, but upon receiving the item via mail instead of at a meeting spot as I proposed, I discovered it was a poor-quality print with a questionable certificate of authenticity. When I requested a refund and mentioned contacting eBay, the seller reluctantly agreed but refused to cover the return shipping fees, which goes against eBay's policy. After several failed attempts to contact the seller, I learned that closing the return request may prevent eBay from intervening. I am a honest individual and am seeking a resolution for my daughter, who has mutism. I simply want a refund for the faulty game so she can have one that works for her GameCube. This is my third attempt to explain the issue regarding the video game purchase for my daughter, Willow D. She suffers from mutism, so I assist her with communication. The game arrived early; however, upon trying to play it on the GameCube, it wouldn't read due to a scratch on the disc. Despite setting it up correctly, it failed to work. When contacting the seller, he claimed it was working fine before sending it. After opening it, my son, who is knowledgeable in electronics, confirmed the scratch. The seller mentioned a Wii system requirement, which was inaccurate as it is a GameCube game. Subsequent attempts to reach the seller were unsuccessful. I have doubts about the honesty of the seller, gtshorty25, regarding the 5D MKIII camera. I inquired about the shutter count, and initially, they claimed not to know. Subsequently, they mentioned [redacted], then altered it to [redacted], which seemed inconsistent. I requested the camera to be shipped by the 19th before my vacation to avoid it being left unattended. However, due to communication issues during vacation, I couldn't respond promptly. The seller's original post stating 7k disappeared upon revisiting. Order #26-07[redacted]0 shows my card was refunded but not for shipping and tax. Despite misunderstandings, I expressed continued interest in the camera but remain skeptical about the accuracy of the shutter count. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and although the sale fell through, I regret any miscommunication and frustration. I urge a review of the transaction to address these concerns.Gary

I recently won an auction on eBay for a bronze statue and have been attempting to pay for my purchase. However, whenever I try to complete the payment, I receive a message stating that the seller is currently unable to accept payments. Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times through eBay, I have not received a response. To add to the urgency, eBay keeps sending reminders reminding me to pay before Friday, the 23rd, or risk the seller canceling the order. I am eager to pay for the item and receive it promptly. Given that I secured the item through a low starting bid and won the auction fairly, out of three bidders, I am concerned that the seller may be intentionally delaying my ability to pay in the hopes that I will forfeit the purchase.

I purchased a set of vintage walkie-talkie radios, but unfortunately, they arrived with missing screws and components falling off the circuit boards. The seller refuses to accept a return or provide a refund. Despite contacting the seller, I have not made any progress. I paid over $70 for the radios, and I cannot locate the description the seller mentioned. The seller claimed ignorance about electronics, which raises concerns about selling such items. I am dissatisfied with this purchase and hope that eBay can intervene to issue a full refund. I am willing to return the radios if provided with a return slip. I have no interest in spending hours fixing them, as they seem beyond repair. These radios were intended for use, not for repair work or gifts.
