Hello, I made a purchase of 3 items on 3/18/[redacted], but I didn't receive a confirmation message and mistakenly thought it didn't go through. I resubmitted the order on 3/19/[redacted] only to realize I had placed a duplicate order. When I tried to cancel the payment through PayPal, I learned that the first order was successful. Despite reaching out to the merchant via email to cancel and request a refund for both orders, I didn't receive a response. I received the first order on 4/18/[redacted], which was supposed to be canceled, and now I need to return it for a refund. The transaction IDs for both orders are oxj[redacted][redacted] and 9B859317xF[redacted].

Hello, my name is Cindy Wall. I placed an order with you on 4-1-[redacted] for a five-piece wall art, size large, featuring space, stars, etc. The delivery was supposed to go directly to my son. I have been tracking the order, and the initial delivery date of either Thursday the 15th or Monday the 17th has passed. I received a notice saying the delivery might be delayed, and now both of those dates have come and gone. When checking the delivery status, it still shows as processing. Given that the order is from China, I understand there may have been shipping delays due to recent events. I possess records of delivery times, addresses, and quantities for each customer. My goods are digital and cryptocurrency sent through TrustWallet. Obtaining these items is complex initially, involving multiple platform accounts. I streamline this by offering products directly to customers. This transaction process is documented when I send orders via TrustWallet. Upon receiving an order, customers provide their cryptocurrency wallet address, and I send the product from my account to theirs. I mark items as shipped on eBay once sent, and customers typically receive them within hours. I value customers' experiences and offer assistance. On January 31, [redacted], I purchased a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor All Star street shoes. Despite receiving the order promptly, the shoes did not fit. I struggled to find a way to return the item and eventually gave up, leading me to open a dispute with Discover in hopes of resolving the issue. After numerous attempts, I managed to reach out to you and obtain a return address. I shipped the shoes back to you on February 24, [redacted], and the tracking information confirms their delivery, which you have acknowledged. However, you mentioned that eBay has not been informed of the resolution of the dispute, preventing you from issuing a credit. Discover states that they have notified eBay of the resolution and the dispute is closed. I have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact eBay for further assistance.

Subject: Issue with Two Missing Packages from UPS I am reaching out regarding two packages I ordered from Ebay that were shipped to an incorrect address and marked as delivered, but I have not received them. I need a notice or letter from UPS for documentation to provide to Ebay, as I have already contacted them about this issue. The UPS call I made on the 15th was with Raven, employee ID: MBG5GYK. The two shipping numbers are UPS 1Z2056EF[redacted] and UPS 1Z2056EF[redacted]. I have also re-sent the Ebay messages for your reference. Concerning the two tents I purchased, they were advertised as in stock, but I have not received them. This seems like a fraudulent shipping situation to me. I demand a refund for both items. Additionally, the Ebay seller has claimed to issue a refund via PayPal, providing fake transaction numbers. However, I have not received any refund or packages. Hello. I am currently in the process of setting up an eBay account as a first-time seller. I don't have any items listed yet as I am still navigating the seller side and working on getting a few items listed while creating a template. I need help with a recent purchase issue. I won an item with shipping costs included. The seller informed me that UPS insurance only covers up to $[redacted], and the shipping cost exceeds $60. I have encountered a problem with a recent purchase from the company "BriansBlowoutBargains." I had bought a CD from them, which turned out to be defective. After leaving a negative review, the seller contacted me, promising a refund by the 6th of this month. However, upon checking my credit card, I realized the refund never went through. When I followed up, the seller's response seemed evasive and unhelpful. First, denying our previous conversation about the refund, then claiming I was too late to address the issue, and resorting to name-calling. I am frustrated because the seller refuses to refund my money for the scratched CD I received. I believe it's unfair to pay for a faulty item.

I recently bought a car, but unfortunately, I have not received any communication from either the seller or eBay. Someone posing as eBay told me to buy 5 eBay cards, but I could only manage to get 2. I sent them $[redacted] on April 19th, and on April 20th, I purchased 3 more cards for $[redacted] and sent that as well. They then requested an additional $[redacted] for car insurance, which I couldn't afford. They suggested I borrow the money, promising a refundable check upon delivery. I only had $[redacted] left and asked if they could work with that. They said they would contact the seller for the rest. The seller agreed to pay the remaining $[redacted], so I sent the last $[redacted]. Since then, I have not heard anything back from them. I am now out of $[redacted], feeling disheartened, angry, frustrated, and depressed. As a disabled individual living on monthly funds, this loss is devastating. I trusted eBay, but my first experience has been a complete disaster.

I have been restricted on eBay for posting a WWII German shoulder board that eBay says represents SS. Firstly, it is a Panzer board for tankers and has no connection to the SS. The Totenkopf symbol was used by the German army long before the Nazi party, even by the 92nd Infantry in WWI. eBay removed a collar tab once, claiming it was SS when it wasn't. I provided a picture and explanation to clarify the difference when I reposted. If items from the German WWII era are considered offensive due to association with the Nazi party, shouldn't all German WWII items be banned? eBay's inconsistency led me to remove all my items from the platform. Instead of restricting me for three days without discussion, eBay should communicate and learn about history and the diverse warriors of different nations. eBay's actions feel like the strict standards of the Nazi Gestapo. I informed the seller via a message that I would make the payment for the item yesterday. Despite having enough credit to pay, eBay did not accept the payment. In addition, eBay charged me four times for the same item yesterday, causing issues with my card usability when I needed it. I have been a significant buyer of Inuit sculpture on eBay, making multiple purchases daily. However, due to this experience, I will no longer be using their platform. I still would like to purchase the item I promised to buy.

On April 8th, I ordered a PS4 and requested a refund on the same day. Due to being informed that I needed to pick up the product in California, which is not feasible as I reside in Mississippi, I asked for a refund promptly. Upon reporting the situation to eBay, I was incorrectly informed that my refund was denied for not requesting it within 3 days, which is inaccurate as I did so on the same day. I have been in contact with eBay since then, only to be informed that I must pay for a label to continue the refund process. This seems unjust as the seller did not clarify that the item needed to be picked up in California when I made the purchase using my card. I am eager for a resolution to this matter and for my refund to be processed back to my card promptly. I look forward to eBay's call. Thank you.

I sold a historically accurate sword to a buyer. The buyer is requesting a refund, insisting there is damage to the item that was not present when it was shipped a month ago. I explained that although it was new to me, it was a secondhand purchase from a friend. The buyer's claims of corrosion and a loose handle seem unlikely to have occurred during shipping. It appears the item may have been exposed to unfavorable conditions after delivery. Given the buyer's experience in collecting and trading swords, I am suspicious that this could be an attempt to deceive me. It is puzzling that someone would wait so long to inspect a valuable item after receiving it.

Hello, I have encountered a problematic situation with a seller on the platform. The seller has misrepresented the item they are listing, causing confusion amongst bidders. The item in question is an Alesis HD24 XR, which is more expensive than the regular HD24 model he actually possesses. Despite his acknowledgment of the error, he has not corrected the listing, leading bidders to believe they are getting the XR model with additional features. I am aware of the discrepancy and do not wish to bid more on an item that is not as described. This is a fraudulent practice that needs to be addressed. My business is affected as I urgently require the correct item for operations. I should rightfully win the bidding as I am aware of the actual product being sold. My account has been permanently suspended, but a customer paid for a product they received. I'm unable to contact anyone to find out where my money is. I was told it would be put into an estate, but I don't know where that is or how to retrieve my funds. Someone purchased my product on eBay, and I should be compensated for it. It feels like theft, even if the customer paid for the item legally. I expect payment because my customer received the product and was satisfied with it. Even though eBay suspended my account, I should still receive payment for my sold items. I want to know the process to collect the funds from the product I sold. Resolving this issue will determine if I continue doing business with eBay. My priority is to receive payment for my sold products, ensuring fairness for both buyers and sellers.

My activity on the platform consists of purchasing electronic equipment and always making timely payments. I maintain a good reputation with excellent ratings. I purchased the Cuddle Barn Musical Dog Plush Toy that sings "If You're Happy and You Know It." Unfortunately, I received a request for a return from the buyer with order number 10-06[redacted]1 and item number [redacted]33. The buyer claims the toy is not working properly as it does not clap its hands and expressed disappointment, especially since it was for their daughter with a disability. Despite clear details and a video in the listing they failed to review, the buyer insists on a replacement or a refund including postage. The toy, as described and shown in the video, is in working condition for a pre-owned item. It does not have the hand-clapping feature the buyer expected. It seems the buyer did not thoroughly read the description and has misunderstood the product being sold.
