I bought an Item with ***% satisfaction guarantee. The Item number is ************. The seller is "Homelinker". I initiated a return but the seller refuses to allow me to send it back. Their exact words were DO NOT SEND THIS BACK. I opened a dispute with eBay but it has been closed it since they appear to be sending me information on a return. I cannot get a RMA * or any satisfaction from the seller. Their responses are argumentative an I'm getting no where.**They advertise they have a warehouse located in California. Their responses are in the middle of the night so I'm sure they are in China. Please help me return this item so I can get a refund. Thank you
