I WANT TO SPEAK TO A LIVE EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON......**There is an issue with a Buyer who I've been communicating with over the last several days regarding a dispute of a mistake that was made in the Text Heading of the Ad and the Content of the ad that I have apologized to the buyer and and trying to work this situation out with him. However, in my communications with him he is sending me lot's of derogatory put downs of me as a person. It appears that this buyer has some personal issues and I want to refund his money and would like to block him from having any further communications after I refund his money. I’ve asked you repeatedly to issue me a return label thru the dispute that’s open and you can’t garner up enough intelligence to do so, I’d wager because you are a less than savory individual and you probably are in fact in need of my money that’s why you don’t wanna follow the proper procedure in completing getting this stuff mailed back and having to refund my money. I gotta send the chips back to you, issue me a RMA and prepaid shipping label, so I can mail it back. Even my child knows how to do that and apparently you don’t. No wonder you messed up the listing.
