I recently sold a saxophone on eBay to a buyer situated in a music store I'm familiar with. The store, Meridian Winds, is owned by Eric Satterlee. To eliminate shipping risks, I delivered the saxophone in person, thus lacking a tracking number. Eric provided positive feedback a few days ago, yet the funds haven't been released. I visited the store again today and was told the saxophone had been refurbished and sold at a profit. I am Andrew Peters. I expect the money from this sale to be accessible immediately, as it's already confirmed. I have screenshots of the feedback and my visit to the store on their Facebook page. Today, I received an item with opened packaging and no items inside. Despite getting a refund from the seller for the empty package, I left negative feedback due to delayed delivery past the estimated date of July 14th. Subsequently, I received a threatening comment from the seller, warning me to remove the negative feedback or face being reported to eBay. They defended themselves stating they couldn't control the delivery time and that it was unfair. However, I simply answered honestly based on eBay's delivery question. The threatening behavior troubles me, and I believe their account should be temporarily suspended to prevent them from intimidating others in the future. I prefer not to see their account permanently closed, as I don't wish to harm someone's source of income. The item in question was a personalized pencil.

I bought a lawnmower starter with order number 10-[redacted] from honepa2 for $56.28. It was delivered on June 10th. Unfortunately, it was the incorrect part. The seller, savingwithKathy, offered me a refund, which I accepted. Due to fraudulent activity on my old debit card, I had to get a new one. Even though I updated my information, I haven't seen the $56.28 refund reflected in my accounts yet. I've contacted the seller, who claims to have processed the refund but doesn't have any details about the account it was sent to. Can someone please provide me with the last four digits of the account the refund was issued to? I appreciate your help as it's been more than a month since the refund was initiated. Thank you.

My eBay funds are currently on hold. Typically, I receive a payment notice, transfer the balance to my linked bank's debit card, and then ship the item. However, there is currently a hold on my funds preventing me from completing the transaction. eBay advises not to ship until payment is received. Given the hold, I have not received payment yet. I feel frustrated with eBay's push towards their shipping and payment services, as they already profit from our sales. Requiring complex passwords adds to the frustration. Despite being a loyal customer for over a decade, I am encountering significant issues getting paid a modest amount of $[redacted]. I request the prompt release of my funds, or I will consider moving to Etsy.

I purchased an AC compressor for my car, but it was defective upon installation. I have been in contact with your team regarding this matter for almost a month with no resolution. Despite being told that the vendor, "The AC Compressor Shop," had 72 hours to respond, there has been no progress. Instead of receiving a replacement, I was provided with a voucher, the purpose of which remains unclear to me. It has now been more than double the time given for their response. I have been unable to obtain a direct phone number to reach the vendor, relying solely on your company for assistance. Living in Las Vegas, where temperatures are exceedingly high, the lack of air conditioning in my car has made getting around in [redacted]-degree weather unbearable. If this issue is not promptly addressed, I will have no choice but to ask for a refund. Kindly provide me with a contact number and confirm whether a replacement or refund will be issued. The delay in resolving this matter is incredibly frustrating, and clarity on this situation is crucial moving forward.

I recently closed my PayPal account over a month ago. However, I have noticed that when I make purchases on eBay, it is still withdrawing funds from the closed PayPal account. Upon contacting PayPal, they informed me that there is a balance of $[redacted].xx on the account, which I am unaware of. I would like to request a transfer of this amount back to the credit card on file. Ideally, I prefer to have my credit card linked to my eBay account rather than PayPal. If this is not possible, I will consider closing my eBay account and shifting my purchases to Amazon. I want to ensure that no further transactions are processed through PayPal. I ordered a watch that arrived broken. Despite receiving a replacement, it was also broken. I returned the watch on 5.30.20 for a refund, which I have not received. The seller appears to have stopped selling on eBay. I am still awaiting my refund. I got the other Hublot watch, but the arrows fell off when I tried to set the time. Please reimburse me as the watch is flimsy. I paid EUR [redacted].00 for the HUBLO MP-05 LaFerrari on May 13, [redacted]. The estimated delivery was May 21-29, with tracking number 1Z96VW[redacted]26.

I am having trouble contacting eBay regarding an undelivered order, and my account has been wrongfully suspended. Suspicious Seller Reporting I attempted to report this matter on the site but received an error message stating it was an invalid user ID, which is cckaq.j3r-12. The seller in question is a newly registered account with minimal feedback. Three other buyers and I are experiencing the same issue with receiving tracking numbers indicating delivery to a different address than ours. In my case, I ordered two collars weighing less than one pound, but UPS records show a 20-pound package delivered to someone named Watson in the same city. The seller insists the package reached me, yet UPS confirmed a mismatch between my address and the recipient's details. While errors can occur, it is concerning that all four buyers encounter identical problems with this seller, warranting a thorough investigation.

I made a purchase and the item was scanned for delivery on July 6th. However, the package never reached me. Upon visiting the post office, I was informed that the package was missing because the seller had mistakenly only put my name on the address label without a street address. Consequently, they sent the package back to the seller. Despite contacting the seller multiple times requesting a refund of $[redacted].00, they insist on waiting until they receive the returned item. I accidentally clicked the Return Item option, assuming that was the correct action since the post office was returning it. I have had no involvement in sending the item back, as I never received it. It's been a frustrating situation I've been trying to resolve since July 6, [redacted]. I am in urgent need of assistance to get my refund promptly.

I bought Suits Season 8 on 7/8/20. I messaged the seller, dosmit827, on 7/13/20 about the lack of shipping information but got no response. I followed up on 7/13/20 still no reply. It's now 7/17/20 with no word from the seller. I understand the challenges of COVID-19, but I received another purchase made on the same day. I recently came across an eBay ad for an iPhone 8, but it's damaged, blacklisted, and iCloud locked. The seller listed it for $30, and I mistakenly bid $31. However, the shipping costs and time are too high, making the total expenses unreasonable. I tried to retract my bid on eBay to avoid buying the phone, but encountered an issue where the page kept refreshing when I tried to submit the reason for retracting. Despite there being more than 12 hours left for me to cancel the bid, I can't seem to do so. It's frustrating that eBay isn't allowing me to retract my bid smoothly. I purchased eBay gift cards from Walgreens and unfortunately, there seems to be no balance on them. Despite visiting the store twice, I couldn't get through to a human being at eBay customer service. My receipt shows the purchases, but when I checked the balance online, it couldn't locate the gift card numbers. The shift leader advised me to return tomorrow, July 20th, to speak with the store manager. Cashiers mentioned it might take up to 30 minutes for the money to reflect on the cards, but even after 4 hours, the balance is still not there. The gift cards were activated, and I'm hoping for a resolution soon with the store's assistance.

After my girlfriend and I broke up, I gave her my phone to factory data reset. She impatiently took the phone from me and walked away. Later that evening, our relationship ended bitterly. I then realized that three paychecks had been taken from me, and I discovered she spent the money on eBay. I am now seeking reimbursement due to being a victim of theft and fraud.

An unauthorized order for $95.00 was placed on eBay using my debit card, prompting me to cancel the card and get a new one. Subsequently, PayPal placed a hold on my account and requested verification documents. After providing the necessary information, my account was unblocked. However, despite multiple attempts to use different cards and personal information, I continue to receive a message stating my card is declined when trying to make a payment through PayPal. Contacting eBay only led to automated responses and no real solutions. This ongoing issue is frustrating, especially since many sellers on eBay use PayPal for payments, which impacts my ability to place future orders. Exhausted from spending hours trying to resolve this, I am seeking assistance to finally resolve this matter. Thank you.

I wish to request a refund for my purchase Order number: 15-05[redacted]9. I was informed by the seller that I would receive a replacement without the need to return the defective item. Unfortunately, amidst personal grief due to the loss of my mother, I missed the emails regarding the dispute. I didn't realize I had to take action. I find it unfair to pay for an item that didn't work and not receive the replacement promised. Please process the refund or reopen the dispute. The seller, Buymyusedbooks, assured me I wouldn't have to return the item for a replacement. I am looking to connect with a live customer service representative on eBay. I have a challenging situation with a buyer where I made an error in an ad text. Despite apologizing, the buyer is being disrespectful towards me. I am willing to refund his money and would like to end further communication after that by blocking him.
