I am frustrated with the recommendation that Bay provided to the seller. I bought an address book that did not match the description; it looked like something you could buy at a dollar store. The cover was supposed to be sturdy, but it was so flimsy it could tear easily. I reached out to the seller respectfully requesting a return, but received no response. After a week, I contacted them again for a refund and a shipping label, but was ignored once more. When I left negative feedback, Ebay indicated that the seller received automatic positive feedback. I came across information about reporting abusive buyers, which seems unfair given the seller's misleading description and lack of response. I have never given negative feedback before, but this situation warrants it. I expressed my frustration in capital letters in my second message, as I often use capitals in my communication. I am in need of speaking with a representative. I have attempted three different eBay phone numbers, all of which have been non-functional. I require assistance from a person, as the automated services are not useful. My name is Bob Cantrell, and my username is USATBP. I have been experiencing issues with my selling account since last October. In the past month, eBay refunded a significant sum that they mistakenly withdrew from my bank account. I closed my selling account in October, but despite assurances from eBay, I received a $31 bill this month. I am now receiving notices for $13, and I am unable to close the account successfully. I have spent a considerable amount of time on eBay chat to resolve this matter but to no avail. I would greatly appreciate speaking with a human. Thank you, Bob Cantrell.

I initiated a case concerning the non-arrival of a malachite skull from seller aiyungcrystal on February 25, [redacted]. Upon receiving the package on March 23, [redacted], I discovered the item was missing. After contacting the seller, I was promised a replacement. Despite waiting for an extended period and being told the delay was due to the pandemic, I eventually resorted to opening a case on eBay in early May. Following several attempts to resolve the issue, including requesting a refund, I faced obstacles due to eBay freezing the transaction and eventual closure of the case due to inactivity. Despite ongoing communication with the seller, I have been unable to secure a resolution or involve eBay in the matter. I would appreciate assistance with resolving this frustrating situation. However, despite eBay indicating that it sent a link to my email [redacted], I never received it. Consequently, my account was suspended after multiple failed login attempts. I made a purchase on eBay and the item I received does not match the description or the photo provided on the listing. Despite reaching out to the seller with pictures to illustrate the issue, they insist that the item is correct and have given a trivial explanation, although the pictures clearly demonstrate the error. I have more images available if needed. As the seller is unhelpful, I no longer wish to keep the item or engage with them further. While I initially would have preferred an exchange, I now simply want a resolution without any more hassle. I would like to request a refund either from the seller or through eBay.

Firstly, I am unable to ship items due to unemployment. I have consistently sold items since February, with positive reviews and quick shipping. Despite having earned at least $[redacted] and no returns, I am struggling financially due to losing my job during COVID-19. With only $1.36 in my bank account, I cannot even afford a $2.60 shipping label. I am frustrated that eBay does not assist sellers in need. It is a challenge for me to ship items promptly without funds. I appeal for eBay to cover the cost of two shipping labels to help me fulfill orders. Selling on eBay is vital for supporting my family, especially during these tough times. I believe eBay should reconsider their support for sellers affected by the pandemic. I am eager for eBay to call me at [redacted] to address this urgent matter. I am considering reaching out to the media to shed light on the struggles sellers like me are facing.

I recently purchased an antique Porcelain T&V France coffee pot from eBay. It was advertised as being in excellent condition, but the lid arrived broken and poorly glued back together. The seller accused me of breaking it myself, which is untrue. I reached out to eBay for a resolution but am having trouble. Regarding item # [redacted]33, the package was delivered late, causing me to lose three graphic design jobs. Upon opening it, I found the packaging inadequate and the item dirty and unsanitary. In the current circumstances, I value cleanliness and had to sanitize it before use. Unfortunately, the power cable was not as described, despite my prior confirmation with the sender. I have been waiting for almost a month to receive the printer and now, upon its arrival, I cannot use it due to the incorrect cable. This has been quite disappointing. Hello, I have several comments and questions: 1) Why can't I leave a review for an item I purchased on March 5th, especially since it's now May 31st? Items can arrive late or be faulty months after purchase! 2) Why is it so difficult to find your contact email? 3) It seems the review period is too short, as many sellers stall by responding with delays. The seller automotoworld (Bulgaria) keeps saying "ok" for a refund on a missing part for my item and it's been over a month with no refund! I've opened a dispute, but navigating your site is a nightmare. I wanted to leave a negative review for this seller, but I fear they are stalling to avoid it. 4) You really need to urgently revamp your website, making it more user-friendly without excessive clicking around and illogical menus! User: Mike Baxter I sold 12 puzzles to taydog1007, who has claimed that pieces were missing from the box. I am perplexed by this accusation as I used a larger box filled with large air pillows for safe transport. Taydog1007 alleges that the closed puzzle boxes moved around during transit, causing the pieces to escape. Taydog1007's communication was rude and insinuated that I did not pack the box properly. I find this claim unfounded as I securely packed the puzzle boxes with all pieces accounted for. I believe taydog1007 is unfairly portraying the situation, which could result in financial losses for me. My return policy stipulates that buyers cover return postage within 60 days. I noticed that a return has been approved, but I have not initiated a refund or return for taydog1007. Any guidance on this matter would be appreciated. - Mike Baxter

On March 16, [redacted], I placed an order for an Agostini JU-52 model from Aster-Wargame, item Number [redacted]81, with order number 22-04[redacted]3. The estimated delivery date was Apr 13-Apr 28. The item's price was $23.22, with a final price of US $31.87 including shipping. Despite ongoing notices of potential delays, the item never arrived. Around mid-March, all references to the item vanished, including delivery and order records. I had preserved notes and tracking details as evidence of my purchase. The last tracking update on Apr 15, [redacted], showed the item processed through ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS). I seek resolution by receiving the model or a refund. Hello, I have sent this item with ID [redacted]83, which is a watch. The customer messaged me saying the watch stopped working after one day and demanded a partial refund. I had the watch serviced before sending it and can provide the service receipt. I offered to have it checked if they would send it back, but the customer refuses and wants to return the item. I purchased an InTEXT Easy Set pool, asking the seller if it was new, and they confirmed it was. Upon arrival, I discovered a large hole in it. I've started the return process, but now the seller is suggesting I contact the manufacturer instead of them. eBay provided a prepaid return label. Should I proceed with using it? I purchased a [redacted] Sun Tracker Pontoon Boat using eBay Gift Cards. After paying for the boat, I was requested to pay for Shipping Insurance and Custom & Border Tax using the same method. The ID number is [redacted]. The seller is Stacey J. Smith from Omaha, NE. Despite multiple attempts to reach out in the last two days, I have not received a response from Stacey J. Smith regarding the boat delivery. I have spent over $4,[redacted] on this transaction and have all the necessary documentation, including copies of the eBay Gift Cards, pin numbers, receipts, and correspondence, as well as pictures of the boat. While this transaction may be valid, being 85 years old, I am feeling concerned and disappointed about the lack of communication. I offered $75 for item number [redacted]09 through chat. The seller confirmed acceptance and directed me to use the "Make offer" option for this item. However, upon checking, the website language changed from English to German, leading me to mistakenly click "Buy" instead of "Offer." I requested the seller, WESTOFTO, to cancel the order so I can resubmit it with the correct offer price. In a message dated today, June 1st, the seller acknowledged my offer stating, "... I accept the prices you have offered." I have emailed him twice regarding this language issue but have not received a response.

The seller usually ships items within one business day after payment confirmation. I bought the item on May 27, but it has not been shipped yet. I provided my email to the seller, but have not received a tracking number. When I contact the seller, they either do not reply or take a long time to respond. Additionally, the seller listed the same item at two different prices. I have informed them to double-check to avoid shipping errors. I want the correct item shipped to me as per my purchase and understand if they are unable to fulfill the order. I am reaching out for assistance. Thank you.
