I have been unable to access my buyer account for several days due to a security question about "another username associated with the account" that I don't have. The email with the security answer never arrives, and even if it did, it doesn't match the requested information. I'm stuck at this point and unsure how to proceed to regain access to my account. Despite asking the system to remember my computer, I'm bombarded with numerous security questions every time I log in. Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated. I received an email from eBay stating my account was suspended due to a perceived risky pattern of activities. I am puzzled as I am a new eBay user and have not knowingly engaged in any prohibited behavior. I am disappointed by this decision and would appreciate clarification on what actions led to the suspension. I want to rectify any mistake made unintentionally and ensure I comply with eBay policies moving forward.

The seller claimed that EBAY was holding a boat for sale and requested payment through eBay gift cards only. When I inquired about using my eBay gift card for payment, I was denied. It's frustrating that there isn't a reliable contact number for assistance. This individual is taking advantage of your company to deceive others. Here are some email addresses that the scammer is currently using: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] The list goes on. Please take action to prevent this ongoing scam.

I purchased a refurbished laptop from a seller who did not disclose that the additional RAM slots cannot be upgraded. I have evidence in the form of pictures. The laptop was sold with 8GB of RAM, but the system only recognized 3.49GB. Upon further inspection, I discovered that one of the RAM slots was not functional. To my surprise, there were two additional slots under the keyboard, which were covered with a piece of plastic indicating they cannot be used. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency from the seller and demand a refund. I previously filed a claim, which was resolved, but this new information changes the situation. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I have not received the two square stainless steel men's biker rings. One with the Yin & Yang (Sun Moon) design and the second with the Taurus sign, which I purchased from you and paid for with my PostePay card. One of the rings has a tracking number UM[redacted]26US, and I do not have the other one. They were supposed to be delivered to the following address: Francesco A. Since you previously sent a message to my email asking what I wanted to do, and to date, I have not received anything, I request a refund of €39.68.

Good morning. I sold an item on eBay for pick-up only, but someone requested shipping. I agreed and boxed up the item. After sending a picture, the buyer asked me to print a label. As I don't have a printer, UPS refused the package due to not having their label. The box weighs 20 kilos, which is why I preferred pick-up only. What should I do next? It's been quite a hassle. I have printed a shipping label for Hermes to deliver an item I sold, but due to COVID-19 symptoms in my household, I need to self-isolate for 14 days and cannot drop it off. I'm trying to print another label for pickup, but the website is confusing me. Similarly, I voided a Royal Mail postage label to have a parcel collected from my home, but I can't find the option to print a new label online. I need assistance with both situations as I've been struggling for over 6 hours navigating through the website without success. Any help would be appreciated.

I purchased a 6ft x 6ft fence only to find out that the payment didn't go through due to an issue with the freight price. I unintentionally added more fence panels to my order and now I'm being told I am responsible for them. I've been unable to reach the seller for a resolution despite providing my contact information. I'm really frustrated by this situation and seeking assistance to resolve it.

I bought the ANRAN Wireless Audio Security Camera System Outdoor CCTV 8CH Home Security Video from seller developcctv for $[redacted].00 with a quantity of 1. Request #[redacted] was opened on May 11, [redacted]. The seller added a charge for expedited service without my consent. I repeatedly asked them to cancel the shipment when they missed the second delivery date of May 9. Despite my requests, they ignored me. They set another delivery date for May 15, but I won't be able to use the item as I'll be traveling starting May 14. I contacted them through eBay, but they're not cooperating. I need assistance in redirecting the shipment back to the seller since my attempts have been unsuccessful.

I placed an order for Kenmore gas grill burners and crossover bars on April 24, and they have not been received as of May 13. Tracking shows them in Cincinnati, Ohio since May 8 with no further updates from USPS. I am unable to log into my eBay account due to an incorrect phone number and forgotten password. Attempts to contact eBay have been unsuccessful with only automated responses. This experience has been frustrating, especially considering previous issues with seller merchandise. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

I am reaching out regarding a sewing machine we sold on eBay to Genny Olson. She can be reached at [redacted], residing in Grand Forks, N.D. 58[redacted]. Initially, there was confusion about a "cover" not included with the machine. We later discovered she meant the bobbin cover, which was indeed inside the machine. Genny mentioned a broken needle, but it was intact when shipped. She also mentioned owning a similar machine despite our clear advertisement with photos. Regrettably, Genny kept the new bobbin cover that came with the machine and has not returned it. We kindly request the bobbin cover to be sent back. Thank you for your attention. - Toni Ross

On May 4, [redacted], while browsing on PayPal, I accidentally tapped the eBay Plus offer, leading to a $49 charge on my bank account. I would like a reimbursement for this charge promptly as I did not intend to sign up for eBay Plus. I no longer use the PayPal App and have no need for this offer. Order #10-04[redacted]2 with tracking #C[redacted][redacted] shows as delivered, but neither the contractors nor the property management at my apartment saw an ETRAC driver deliver anything. After filing a claim with ETRAC and receiving no response, I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card. I have a statement from the property manager confirming that no delivery was made. I am requesting either the item I ordered or a refund from ETRAC.

I have yet to receive the order scheduled for Monday. Despite reaching out to the seller and eBay several times, the item has not been delivered. I thoroughly checked the mail today, but it was not there. This is the second disappointing experience I've had with eBay; the first time my item was never shipped. This second order was at the distribution center on Monday, which is responsible for delivering mail directly to Bowling Green, Kentucky.

I bought an external hard drive that was advertised as compatible with MacBooks. It functions on my old MacBook, but not on my [redacted] MacBook with OSX Catalina. After contacting the seller, we agreed on a refund if I cover the return shipping. I initiated a return stating it "doesn't work," but the seller asked me to cancel and create a new one with "changed my mind" as the reason. After following his instructions, I encountered issues starting another return. I am still seeking to return the item and get a full refund as originally stated.

I received an iPhone 3GS instead of the new LG V20 that I purchased for almost $[redacted]. A dispute has been opened, and I was informed that I would receive an email to provide additional information. However, I have not received the email yet. I want to report this seller because the item received is not what I paid for. There are five witnesses who saw me open the package in my place of business. Dealing with this issue has cost me money and time. I would appreciate a prompt callback regarding this matter.

I recently received an email notifying me of a fraudulent purchase on eBay. The notification came after the system allowed me to print a shipping label for the item that was supposedly paid for. Unfortunately, I am now at a loss for both the item and the shipping costs. While I appreciate being reimbursed for the seller fees, it does not cover the full extent of my losses. It is frustrating to see that even the buyer had positive transactions listed with a number after their name, leading me to believe they were a reliable user. Thank you.

I kindly request that you discontinue your association with East Coast Hardware as a vendor. My experience with them has been unfortunate. After attempting to place an order on their website, I was unexpectedly logged out. Shortly after, I discovered that they charged my account thrice within a five-minute span, each at $72.86. My attempts to resolve this issue have been fruitless as I have not received any callbacks, and my account is now debited by $[redacted].58. Despite their claim of having no record of my order, they unlawfully obtained money from my account. I urge you to sever ties with this dishonest seller as they seem to mistreat many customers similarly. I am eager to recover my funds, but East Coast Hardware has been uncooperative. While I do not seek your assistance, I hope you consider discontinuing your partnership with East Coast Hardware in New Jersey. Thank you.

Hello, I recently won an auction, and even though the seller accepted my bid, when I tried to pay, it said my bid was canceled. I had already won the item, but the seller claimed to have traded it for something else. This is unacceptable, and I believe it is a fraudulent act.
