I purchased a Harp music box from generous.spirit.gifts. It came unglued from its parts probably because the harp was shipped in only a think packaging bag. generous.spirit.gifts. answered my request for generating a shipping label from My EBAY purchase history but my page shows no history of purchases. Where do I click to find where to generate a return shipping label? * I can't send a reply question to the company becauses a message comes up and says that the issue question I have is invalid or over ** days. This reply from generous.spirit.gifts was sent to me on Jan. **, ****... it has not been ** days since we started this "conversation" about sending the harp music box back and to generate a shipping label through My EBAY account page!
GetHuman-bobbejle did not yet indicate what eBay should do to make this right.
