On November **, **** I payed $*** for an iPhone * Plus and the seller told me I sent it through the wrong address through PayPal so he refunded me my $*** back so I sent him the payment again and he said I did it wrong again so he refunded me that $*** back so I told him I couldn’t pay full price because it was going to be a few business days for the refunds to go back into my bank account so he told me I could just pay $*** then and then pay $*** when I got the phone. I was supposed to get the phone the next day on Saturday November **, ****. He sent me a tracking number and I checked it and it said there was no package with that tracking number. I told him and he said the computers had a glitch so he redone it. He never would send me another tracking number and I’ve been waiting days for the phone. I messaged him earlier and told him I wanted my money back and he told me he wasn’t refunding my money back because he payed shipping for my package. When I originally bought the phone the first time it said all I had to pay was for the phone not the shipping so he’s refusing to refund me my money and I haven’t received the phone.
