The issue in GetHuman-cuttlefi's own words
I bought an item on ebay for $**.**. I payed for it by plugging in my debit card info into ebay. I received the item and it did not work even though in the description the seller reported it has been tested successfully. I requested a refund. The seller complied but it says my refund was issued through paypal. I deleted paypal on my phone awhile ago, so this confused me. Never the less, I downloaded the app and figured out my old password. Sure enough, when i look in my “money in” section, i don’t see a **.** transaction. I’m fact, when I look under “money out” i also do not see a **.** transaction. The is a transaction of **.** being deducted from my account when I look in my Chase app. I’m not sure how it says i’ve been refunded through Paypal when i didn’t pay through paypal. I have not recienved **.** on any platform as of now. Please look into this. Thank you.
