I sold a brand new and factory sealed Sony Baby Monitor to a buyer. They're buyer id: bgi-xju-dfjeqvqlfw and the item number is: ************.*They left negative feedback before contacting me and said it didn't work - only held a charge for two minutes. * I contacted eBay they told me to work with the buyer. . .the buyer refused to retract the negative feedback - even though I said I'd give them a full refund. I'm really upset because I feel that eBay is helpful to their buyers - but leaves sellers hanging. I have had ONLY positive feedback since **** and pride myself in always working to help the buyer. This was a new and factory sealed item. . .the buyer admitted they "shipped the item overseas" and who knows what the electricity situation was there or if they even used a converter? I just want the negative feedback removed! I feel there is nothing I can do on my own. Please help! Thank you for any help.

I called the number you provided. I had a terrific CSR who patiently listened and commended me for dealing with the Buyer then she manually removed the negative feedback.
