I recently purchased a Littlest Pet Shop package containing two dogs. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, one of the dog's heads immediately fell off and cannot be fixed. I have been in contact with the seller multiple times, providing all the necessary details, yet they keep asking for the same information and photos, even though I explained that I threw away the packaging.
I tried accessing the resolution center as advised by eBay Help but encountered issues. I have a history of being a reliable buyer and expect the same level of honesty and responsiveness from sellers.
Please assist with these matters. Thank you.

Hello, I recently created a new eBay account under the username dagat_71 and also set up a new PayPal account to link with it. However, there seems to be an issue with receiving payments from customers as they were sent to an old PayPal account that I no longer have access to. I have reached out to PayPal for assistance in recovering the old account, but have not been successful due to not having the necessary card or phone number linked to it anymore. I have updated the PayPal email for future listings to my current accessible account, [redacted], but I am unable to access the funds from the first two items sold. Is there a way that eBay could assist in transferring those funds to my active PayPal account? The old PayPal email I can't access is [redacted] Thank you for your help.

On August 13th, I bought the "Remote FRP Remove Removal Google Account" for $15 from the seller "unlockingsnow." The process involved connecting via TeamViewer. We faced issues when I couldn't successfully put my device into download mode. After several failed attempts, I informed the seller that I would contact them once I resolved the problem. When I managed to enter download mode later, I reached out to the seller but received no response. I just want to complete the transaction. The seller has a strict no-return policy, but should they be allowed to keep my money without providing the service? I hope to hear from you soon.

I have requested a refund and informed you about two recent non-authentic orders I received. One seller provided a certified letter from their supplier, but the product was flagged as non-authentic by Smok's verification tool. The other seller has not responded. I encountered this issue before with a previous coil order, got a refund, and the product was removed. Smok considers non-authentic products seriously, and I reported to them as well. I prefer a refund as these coils seem unsafe to use. One doesn't work, and the other tastes like pure cotton, which is abnormal. It's concerning as the quality of materials in such non-authentic products is uncertain and can be unsafe.

I purchased a crepe maker from "fast-ship-item" on eBay about three months ago. Upon receiving it, I discovered that it does not work. I contacted the seller for a refund, and they claimed it was just the temperature control that was broken. They offered to send me a new controller. After waiting for a month to receive and replace the controller, the crepe maker still did not work. The seller then suggested sending a new pipe to fix it, which also did not solve the issue after waiting another month for it to arrive. Now, when I requested a refund, they have not responded. This has been a frustrating and deceitful experience, and despite multiple attempts to fix the item, it is still unusable. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Return ID: [redacted]
I would like this case to be reconsidered:
The buyer is claiming that the item they received is incorrect, but I assure you it matches the item listed. Despite our attempts to request photos from the buyer, they have only sent pictures of a different item from a prior purchase with another seller. By purchasing from my listing, the buyer agreed to the item described. I'm confused as to why eBay has ruled in favor of the return. I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed in this situation.

My account was hacked, and the hacker has changed the email, password, and phone number associated with it. I have no clue how this happened despite making several purchases through this account, linked to my PayPal. Luckily, my PayPal wasn't compromised. I immediately removed eBay as a connected operator on PayPal. Urgently seeking help as I have pending orders. The username under attack is patriclas-0. I have both the ordered items in hand and email receipts for proof if needed. Unfortunately, I can't contact eBay by phone from Slovenia. Appreciate a prompt reply.

I ordered a MCC Brooklyn baby cot crib with water-repellent mattress from seller tubakaty([redacted]) on 04/08/[redacted]. I received a confirmation email with item ID:[redacted]91, indicating a total of GBP 36.99 spent. Upon checking the order details, I discovered that the seller's name was listed as tubakaty ([redacted]) with no estimated delivery date. Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times without a response, I found no updates on eBay about the item. I am concerned about the discrepancy between the seller names and the lack of communication, and I am uncertain about the legitimacy of this transaction. I would appreciate clarification on the status of my order or a refund if necessary.

Hello,
I am new to selling on eBay and recently listed an iPhone X for sale. Unfortunately, the item was purchased before I could remove it due to a better offer elsewhere. I am unsure how to take it down and am receiving messages from other interested buyers.
The website is complex to navigate, and I was surprised by the undisclosed fees. I am concerned about potentially owing nearly $[redacted] for nothing. Since I am in the process of switching phone carriers, contacting eBay support is not feasible at the moment.
I have initiated a cancellation with the unpaid buyer. Will the cancellation eliminate the $95 fee? I cannot handle this charge.
Additionally, how can I remove the product from the listing to prevent further inquiries?
Thank you for your assistance,
Phosh24

I am new to EBay since May and have completed over 25 purchases and 6 sales with [redacted]% positive feedback. I ensure my customers receive their items ahead of schedule and pay my invoices early. Despite previous sales having funds held due to being a new member, my recent sales of $5.95 and $10.00 had immediate access to funds with no holds. However, my latest larger sale had the funds held once again. This inconsistency is frustrating as I work hard to increase my profits. Customer service was unable to provide a clear explanation for these fund holds. It's confusing to see this pattern of some funds being held and others not. I hope to get a resolution soon.

I had to cancel an order after waiting for six weeks. The tracking status showed the label was created but not yet in the system. I waited until the guaranteed delivery date and contacted the seller. They asked me to wait a few more days. After waiting longer and still not receiving the item, I contacted the seller again. They said they would investigate. Eventually, I gave up and requested a refund. Today, I received an email confirming the cancellation. I attempted to leave feedback using the iPhone app, but the submit button was not working. Despite contacting eBay customer service and waiting 20 minutes to speak with a representative, the issue remains unresolved. All I want to do is leave feedback, but I'm facing difficulties.

I purchased a perfume that was advertised as "authentic" on Ebay. Upon receiving it, I noticed that the scent was different and only lasted for about half an hour. I had previously bought the same perfume from Boots and confirmed that they were not the same. The seller assured me the perfume was [redacted]% genuine and suggested I verify it at a retail store. After comparing it at Boots in Tolworth, KT6, the staff confirmed it was different. I contacted the seller for a refund, despite their "no refunds" policy on the ad. Five days later with no response, I requested a refund via Ebay on 15.08. The seller disagreed and asked for evidence. My cousin confirmed that the perfume she bought was also different. What should I do and what evidence should I provide to the seller? Thank you. Katia

On Wednesday night, I came across an iPhone 8 Plus for sale on a website called matsenterprises. Following the instructions on the page, I read the full description of the item and contacted the seller via text. After discussing payments and delivery with the seller, I paid £[redacted] through a bank transfer for the phone. She mentioned that DPD would deliver the phone on Friday, and assured me she would notify me when DPD collected the phone from her. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from her despite multiple attempts to contact her via text and phone calls. This lack of communication is worrying, especially considering matsenterprises has a [redacted]% positive feedback. I am now requesting a prompt refund of my money as I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation.

Hello, I’m reaching out about the DELL [redacted] laptop I recently purchased. I discovered that the screen I ordered wasn't a touch screen as expected, causing it not to fit. The auction indicated a 14-day return policy, so I promptly returned the item, ensuring it was securely packed in its original packaging. I even used a tracking number for the shipment to guarantee its safe return. It has been 7 days since I reached out for a response regarding my refund, which was supposed to be addressed within 48 hours. I hope to hear about the status of my refund soon. Sincerely, Mateusz.

Hello, my name is Leonard Orji Offor. I placed an order for VIP anti-gray hair pills, but the seller canceled my order because of a law restricting shipment to Stockholm, Sweden. It has now been 4 days since the cancellation, and the seller promised a refund within 24 hours, but I have not received it. The seller claims I need to request the refund through an email they sent, but I cannot find any instructions on how to do so. I have checked all the emails but cannot find any links for requesting a refund. I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue before next Monday. Thank you, Leonard.

The buyer has claimed that the item is not working, although I tested it on three different phone operating systems to ensure functionality. While I was out of the country for business, the buyer opened a dispute, and eBay ruled in their favor. Upon receiving the item back, I managed to make it work on a different phone not initially tested on within 30 seconds. Reviewing the conversation with the buyer, it is evident that they quickly became emotionally charged and did not give me a chance to assist in resolving the issue. The item operates as intended, and I can offer video evidence of its proper functioning.

I placed an order for Item #[redacted]78 on July 13th, with a confirmed purchase price of $[redacted], totaling $[redacted]. Now, Filtered claims to be out of stock but is offering the same item for $[redacted]. Despite having a confirmed order, staff are not honoring the agreed-upon price, claiming the filters I ordered are unavailable. The item is still listed on eBay under the same item number [redacted]78 as Guardian [redacted]-[redacted]-M. I am seeking to reach out to Filter Deal's family/owners regarding their commitment to treating customers like family. Despite their guarantee of assistance, staff are not resolving the $[redacted] pricing error on my purchase. Rick

I encountered an issue trying to purchase an item as login attempts were unsuccessful. The account password has not changed in over a year, prompting me to try resetting it. However, the only option offered was to send a password SMS to a phone number linked to the account, which is a landline unable to receive texts. Furthermore, the listed email for password retrieval is incorrect, as we do not have a hotmail account. This situation raises concerns about the account's security, fearing someone might have altered the email address. I received eBay emails until yesterday with the correct email address, making this situation puzzling. Without access to the account, I am worried about potential unauthorized purchases. I look forward to a prompt response. An alternative contact email is provided below.

I recently sold Massimo Dutti Sandals on eBay. The postage was first class parcel. The buyer kept contacting me, claiming not to have received the item and requesting a refund. I provided evidence of delivery. The buyer then changed their claim to say the item was damaged, but I securely packaged the sandals and ensured the crystals were secure. I suspect the buyer is untrustworthy due to the sudden change in their story and their new account with no reviews. I am hesitant to accept the refund as I believe they may tamper with the item. This situation has caused undue stress while I'm on holiday, and I urge for a prompt resolution.

Hello, unfortunately, my international sale was processed through the global invoice system, which is not what I intended. Typically, I handle sending invoices for such transactions directly. I have reached out to the buyer via email multiple times over the past 8 days but have not received a response. I am frustrated as I usually would have shipped the item by now if not for this interference. I have read about the issues others have faced with the global invoice process, and I hope this doesn't result in losing the sale. I am unsure if the buyer has even received the invoice due to the system taking over this process.
