Hello,**I recently purchased a textbook in a rush, and two minutes later I realized I wanted to cancel the order and emailed the seller that I would like to cancel the order. The seller blatantly ignored my email and shipped the textbook anyway. So I emailed them again, and still no response. Finally, I requested a return and they denied my return due to the digital textbook sent to my email, however you can prove that I have not opened the textbook or clicked on the link. I emailed to cancel the order THREE minutes after I placed the order, which can be shown at the time of the message. I want a refund. This is not fair - I made it clear that I wanted to cancel the order extremely shortly after I purchased the order. I will never use ebay again If I cannot get a refund on this because it's ridiculously UNFAIR. I would greatly appreciate your help with this. Thank you soo much. I am a broke student and just need a return because I cannot study on a PDF and cannot afford to print every single page of a *** page textbook out. Thank you.
