Hello,**I have purchased item* ************ (Full Cover Curve Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S* Edge *) from the seller top-fashion**** on October or November **** (do not remember exactly). I received it but it was completely broken. After texting the seller about this, he told me he will send me a new one. Time had passed and I still did not get the package. I was trying to get a refund but since I was told that the ne item was sent, I was waiting for it, but while I was waiting, the item disappeared from my "purchase history" and I could not ask for a refund anymore. I was trying to contact the seller about that, but he did not answer back. Could you please help me get my refund? Check my texts with seller for proof if needed.
