So on Feb * this year, i got an email from ebay stating that someone has posted a listing. I have NEVER used eBay to sell anything before, i only use eBay to buy things. On Feb *, i logged in to my email and saw the email from eBay. I immediately seeked help online and decided that to change my password and log out of all sessions is the best first step. When i looked at the sessions logged in, I noticed that someone from France and California has logged into my account. I took a picture before I logged out of all sessions. Apparently the person from France had logged into my account since July ** ****!!! I looked online and got to this page: https:**ocsnext.ebay.com*ocs*cusr?domain*ATO***-**&query****&from**********What! My only option was to call a US number (I live outside of US). After more digging, I found another webpage, and it was from a local eBay page (has .sg after .com): https:**ocsnext.ebay.com.sg*ocs*cusr?from*ocs**&levelHierarchy**a*a*&query*****&st**&topicName*Someo...**After clicking through the things, it brought me to a form i had to fill out (u can check it out, it's still there). I saved a transcript of what i typed to my computer and proceeded to click the submit button. I thought that eBay would sort everything out. Notably, I did not delete any listings or what not because i thought eBay would help me clear up everything.** **Today, Feb ** ****, i logged into my account and noticed a recent email from eBay. Your recent e-mail to eBay - SR* *-************** **Anyways i had not noticed email number * until today, which actually stated that the 'email' i emailed was no longer accepting emails. (why then is your own ebay website still telling me to email that? it isn't even an email address, it is a form i had to fill up and simply click submit!)** **So my situation now is that there is an eBay case against me, my account may get suspended and it wasn't even my actions, and i can't contact eBay because they don't have an email, no live chat.
