I purchased a wardrobe for £[redacted] from the Allinone store on eBay on 12/11/20. After being informed of a delay in delivery until mid-December, I indicated my willingness to wait. The seller then canceled my order and promised a refund. Despite reaching out to them three times, I have not yet received my refund. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact eBay for assistance through live chat or phone have been unsuccessful. I hope for a prompt response to this matter.

I've been experiencing issues with my eBay account for the past three weeks. My username is pasca_1740. While I can use eBay on my iPad, I'm having trouble accessing it on my mobile. I purchased the Stormsure Trainer Glue from the eBay seller Work station and was alarmed by the safety warnings listed on the tube. The product is labeled with cautionary statements about skin and eye irritation, suspected cancer risk, and the need for protective gear and precautions. The lack of guidance on obtaining special instructions, protective equipment, and proper storage was concerning. The warning icons of a dead fish and a person with a bullet hole further emphasized the dangers. Despite Work station sending the glue in a bubble envelope, it may not provide enough protection during shipping as I experienced damage from another parcel recently. I reached out to the seller but encountered issues with eBay's messaging system. I urge for clearer communication in advertisements about the hazardous nature of the product and proper packaging to prevent harm to customers and postal workers handling the parcels.

I purchased a 150g pack of Chanel No. 5 talcum powder, but upon receiving it, I discovered there was only 50g of talcum powder inside. The seller admitted it was second-hand and offered me a £20 refund, which I accepted. However, upon trying the talcum powder, I realized it is not Chanel No. 5 but a completely different fragrance. I can confirm this as I've been using Chanel No. 5 for years and can distinguish the scent accurately.

On October 12, [redacted], I purchased a Kenwood Microwave - Stainless Steel - from Currys using PayPal. I paid £22.76. The following day, I received an email informing me that the order was cancelled due to issues with the seller's account. Even though eBay stated the money hadn't been withdrawn from my account, it was deducted from my PayPal balance. Can the £22.76 please be refunded to my account? Regards.

Hello, I placed an order and made the payment for an item, but I have not received a tracking number for it. When I checked my eBay purchase history, I couldn't find the item listed. Upon clicking to view more details, it showed an error message stating "Order service temporarily unavailable" or "invalid URL." I am feeling disappointed as the item I purchased has not been delivered. I underwent surgery recently, which makes online shopping convenient for me. The fragrance Savauge I ordered has not arrived from the seller. If it does not reach me within the next day, I request a prompt full refund. I plan to report this to trading standards. Additionally, I am still waiting for other items, such as braces and bonanza bags, that I have not received. It is unacceptable to accept payment without delivering the items. The delivery was supposed to be made by the 14th of December, which is quite disappointing. I eagerly await a resolution as my money seems to be in your possession.

I am an unhappy customer. I ordered an item which has not arrived. I have contacted the seller multiple times but have not received a satisfactory response. The details of my order are as follows: The item was sold by "corset_mart" with the order number 04-05[redacted]9. The estimated delivery date was between 1st October to 21st October. Hello, I recently purchased a set of Table Support Feet from the seller "flavorstore" and unfortunately, the package arrived with missing parts - specifically, 4 screws and a round plate. Unfortunately, I don't have access to this phone so I can't receive the text. I find it frustrating to keep going in circles with the same authentication questions on eBay. In this day and age, there must be a simpler way to handle this process. Before this authentication, logging in was straightforward, but now it's a major inconvenience. I've reached a point where I'm considering giving up on eBay, which means they're losing my business. I hope this feedback isn't dismissed and that urgent action is taken to improve the login experience to what it used to be.

Dear eBay, In November this year, we purchased a TAG watch for £[redacted] plus postage as a birthday gift for our son's 21st birthday from the seller Daisy.store19. The watch was delivered by DHL Express on November 11, [redacted], but was left unsigned for on our doorstep. When we returned home, the package was missing and presumed stolen. After contacting DHL Express, they admitted responsibility for the loss in writing, but advised us to deal with the seller/shipper for a claim.
