Hello, I listed a "Woodturning Coping Lathe - Bespoke Built" on eBay under item number [redacted]8. The supposed buyer, "balajvasile1986," did not pay for or collect the item. Consequently, I canceled the sale and relisted the item on eBay under item number [redacted]39. However, I see that PayPal has charged me £49.98 for the sale of this item, even though it remains with me. Additionally, PayPal has indicated that I mistakenly canceled my billing agreement with eBay UK Ltd, which I would like to reinstate promptly. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues. Thank you, K.G.

Hello, I recently bought an iPhone case on eBay ([redacted]). The listing described it as an "Apple iPhone Plus 6/6s/7/8 Plus Ted Baker Mirror Flip Case," with packaging indicating it's for iPhone 6/6s/7/8 Plus. I ordered it for my iPhone 6s but discovered it didn't fit. I requested a refund due to this item not matching the description. Unfortunately, the seller swiftly rejected my return request, citing a no-return policy. I believe a seller can only decline returns if it's a change of heart by the buyer. Although I'm considering involving eBay, the closed return request hinders me from doing so.

I am facing a problem with eBay. I listed my item, the Tab S6, but it didn't sell. I decided to delete the listing. However, the next day, I noticed that eBay charged me £10, even though the item didn't sell. This has caused my account to go into a negative balance since I didn't have enough funds at that time. I believe eBay shouldn't charge me for an unsold item, and I am quite disappointed by this situation.

I purchased a 58-inch TV on November 6th, which arrived the next day with item number [redacted]61. Unfortunately, the TV was damaged upon opening. I contacted the seller and they collected the TV on November 27th. Since then, I have not received a replacement. Despite choosing a replacement and messaging the seller multiple times, I am still waiting. The latest message today stated that they have not received the returned TV yet, even though they collected it on November 27th. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter for me. Thank you.

I purchased a red Draper torchlight with a trigger handle for £8.95 but have not received it. Instead, I received an unsolicited item of inferior quality. The seller insists I return it to receive a refund, but I'm disabled and unable to handle printing, wrapping, and posting at the moment. I need help getting my money back. Thank you.

I'm having trouble paying for the jumpers in my eBay basket. I've already contacted PayPal without any issues, but my account is currently limited. I am unable to purchase the jumpers intended for my female friend. Oddly, I can buy towels which I only added initially thinking I could also buy the jumpers. Given my disability, it is challenging for me to shop for women's clothing in person. I can't just give my friend towels for Christmas. eBay is vital for me, especially during these times. I am a loyal customer who usually shops weekly. Please assist me in restoring my account to its normal status. Dealing with mental and physical issues, this eBay situation is adding more stress to my life. I need to buy essential items like minerals, vitamins, and more. Christmas is approaching, and not being able to purchase presents is distressing.

I received the X Large shopping trolley I ordered in July [redacted], and unfortunately, one of the wheels fell off while I was using it for shopping. The bag on the trolley has also developed holes due to rubbing against the wheels. I have been in touch with the seller, Eric Greene, after speaking with Lauren from customer service. I sent him photos and details of the issues, but in his latest response, he claims that the problems were due to misuse and are not covered under warranty. He suggested I search for a different item on eBay instead. I am feeling confused and frustrated about how to proceed next. Thank you.

Misleading Information Alert 🚫🚫🚫 I urge against purchasing from Coretech.station due to their failure to fulfill the advertised guarantee. They operate as sellers on eBay and maintain online stores visible on Google. In December [redacted], I bought a phone from them with a one-year guarantee. Regrettably, the phone is defective, rendering me unable to make or receive calls. Despite sending four messages through eBay and reaching out to their office in Hong Kong, I have not received assistance. Given their lack of a UK business address, Trading Standards cannot intervene, while PayPal's support only covers items arriving faulty. My expectation is for Coretech.station to honor the warranty.

My account got suspended because they said I didn't pay for my eBay purchases, which is false. I only shop on eBay on my pay day, so my account always has enough funds. I did complain about items not arriving, which was valid. I have never engaged in fraud and wouldn't start now. I am upset by these accusations and would like an apology from eBay and the sellers.

Hello, I purchased an iPhone 7 listed as new, but it turned out not to be working and was actually a 4-year-old phone. The seller was dishonest, and I am seeking a refund along with compensation. I had additional expenses, such as a screen protector for £2.50, travel costs to the city centre to visit an Apple store totaling £4.50, and a phone cover for £5.10. I also require compensation for the deception regarding the item.

I recently sold a fish tank to a buyer who later requested a £[redacted] refund out of the £[redacted] paid because he claimed it was not as described. I refused as the tank is a Jewel model worth £[redacted] when purchased new. I asked for the tank to be returned to issue the refund, but I haven't heard back from him in a week. This situation has left my PayPal account in a negative balance, making it difficult for me to process refunds or make other payments. I am feeling anxious and frustrated about the unresolved issue.

My seller information is terrboyl_8(-1). Approximately 8 months ago, I received a red alert restricting my seller performance to 1 item per month, and the same issue persists today. I strongly deny the allegations made by an unknown buyer named ricald0 whom I have never conducted any business with. I have not been given the opportunity to discuss this matter with an eBay agent. I have multiple items I would like to sell but am unable to due to this false accusation. Please provide guidance on what steps I can take.

I recently lost a case against a seller who claimed they sent me an item via Royal Mail. However, upon investigation by the police in Cambridge on 03/12/20, Royal Mail confirmed they did not receive any item for me on 4th November 20. Despite the seller's claim, my long-serving postman and I both confirmed that large items have a designated spot for delivery. It seems like I'm now down £28.00 and a coat due to this situation. It appears that the seller did not specify the carrier or provide a receipt. If the carrier is indeed Royal Mail, this will be my final communication on the matter. Sincerely, T. Skelton

I contacted CPCW because the item I ordered was not delivered. They initially informed me it was out of stock, so I cancelled the transaction over the phone. However, I later received a message stating that the item was in stock and on its way. After contacting CPCW again for clarification, I was told they had "applied for a cancellation." Despite this, I received a message this morning indicating that the item would be delivered today, which did not happen. I do not want the item anymore and request a refund of [redacted] GBP to be credited back to my account.

Hello, I recently sold my hand-painted Nike trainers on eBay. In my listing, I clearly stated multiple times that these are authentic Nike trainers purchased directly from Nike and hand-painted by me. I drew inspiration from the sold-out Pistachio Nikes and detailed the painting process and materials used. The buyer received the trainers and is now accusing me of lying in the listing. They are demanding a refund along with a new pair of the sold-out Pistachio shoes from Nike. I'm a small business owner, and honesty is essential to me. I did my best to provide accurate information and avoid any confusion in the listing. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Shannan

I recently ordered two items: an outdoor tap insulation wrap and a Hozelock adaptor. While shopping, I was offered £5.00 off, and I accepted the code for the discount. However, when I placed the order, I couldn't see the £5.00 deduction reflected in the total. I would like to confirm the details of my order and ensure that the discount has been applied as promised. Thank you.

Hello, I used Paclink to send a parcel, but the buyer informed me that Hermes knocked on her door and mentioned that the parcel and label were damaged. They indicated they needed to send it back to me. I tried to contact Hermes, but they have not responded to my inquiries, which is frustrating. I am unsure if this procedure is correct because why would Hermes knock on her door and not deliver the parcel? I am really in need of assistance to resolve this situation. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Thank you.

I purchased a pair of Beats by Dre PowerBeats 3 Wireless Bluetooth Sports Headphones Earphones RED. However, the item I received was white and dirty, not the new red one I expected. I have returned it for a refund as per the seller's request, but now they are insisting on sending a replacement instead of issuing a refund. Given a prior experience of receiving the wrong product from this seller, I am simply looking for a refund. Item: Beats by Dre PowerBeats 3 Wireless Bluetooth Sports Headphones Earphones RED Price: £50.00 Item Number: [redacted]07
