EBay are not adhering to the new, extended period of time for returns... now ** working days from receipt of label * barcode for returns.*So I was wrongly told last day for a return I raised due to item NOT AS DESCRIBED is today, Nov *nd! *Anyway I took the item to the post office but the barcode didn’t contain the information or ? Required to post the item! So now I am going to be told I haven’t returned the item in time so no refund. That is unacceptable. It’s also very poor that I cannot contact EBay where the return details are contained! *The queue for the phone contact, which I had to google as it DOESNT COME UP CLICKING ON CONTACT EBAY ON THE WEBSITE!!
