Get so call commission on an item to someone who has removed themselves from ebay ... ITEM NUMBER **************Commission has been taken by eBay but the transaction did not happen - the item was never sent (as the buy no-longer has an account on eBay). **It's over ** days and I was only made aware when **.** has been deducted from my Paypal account. You will see that there's been no payment received. **Therefore please could this commission be refunded? We cannot locate the buyer as he is no-where to be found to take the required actions to get this moving from the buyers side.**Please accept any wrongdoing on my behave, I was unaware of my obligations as (I have already stated) the money was never received and the item never sent. I was completely unaware that I should have done something sooner. Just surprised that commission be taken on something that didn't actually happen.**Kind regard
