Tried contacting Seller NO RESPONSE, SO CONTACTED E.BAY. ... I purchased a ** Litre tub of Ronseal fence paint, on arrival, severely damaged. Paint everywhere inside packaging, and poorly packaged may I add!!! Contacted Seller several times No response!!! So contacted E.bay, they contacted Seller and have forwarded me a Label print for Return. There is NO WAY Hermes will accept this item for return as the tub is damaged and is spilling paint. I have taken support photos to confirm. I cannot put a damaged liquid item in the post for transit. It will not be acccepted. On the Print Label it is giving TWO ADDRESSES this is confusing as well!!! I would just like a refund so I can buy some more paint to do my fencing. I paid £**.** for this item!!!! What happens NOW please!!!!? Kind regards Dawn Norton
I HAVE BEEN ISSUED A return label, BUT I cannot put a damaged paint tub in the post for return, Hermes will not accept spilling liquid!!! No one seems to be understanding the issue here!!!
I have offered to send the Seller Confirmation photo's of the damage and how the paint has spilled out causing a great deal of mess, even on my hall carpet after I had accepted delivery!!! I just want the Seller to see the damage and be REFUNDED please.
I have been a Good Customer for years.
Nothing to try.....Hermes will NOT accept a damaged tub of paint for RETURN. I don't know what else I can do!!! The photos I have are on WhattsApp as I cannot download photos to computer. I am a Pensioner with very limited knowledge of how to do these things.
