On Thursday, I had a Zipcar reservation at *** Greenwich street in NYC. It was for an important medical appointment. When I got to the garage, they told me all the Zipcar there are not working, so I couldn't use them. Zipcar has kept that garage up on its site. I couldn't cancel the trip, because the website wouldn't let me, so now I am on the hook for the cost. Furthermore, I have not been able to reach Zipcar by phone now for over two days. The recording keeps saying they have high call volume and will call me back, but nobody has. This episode caused extreme inconvenience. I want the fee refunded, as well as a significant extra credit. This is the second time this has happened with this garage. This is making me rethink my membership with Zipcar, which I've had since ****. I am tired of the unreliability, and having trips and important meetings ruined because cars don't work, and yet Zipcar was listing them on their site.
