The issue in GetHuman-stacywol's own words
I called Zipcar on night of ******* to report a lost Zipcard and to request a new one, which I never received. **Called again on ***** and was told by Zipcar representative (?Jose) that he showed the previously requested card had been sent. Since not received, he requested a new card to be sent.**Again, I never received the *nd requested card, so called Zipcar again on ***** and was told again by Luis that previously requested cards had been sent. Since not received, he requested another new card to be sent.**I called AGAIN on ****, as I had still not received a replacement Zipcard after * requests. Spoke with Diana, who informed me that she showed the the previous * requests had not been processed correctly and NO Zipcards had been sent, contrary to the information I had previously been told. She told me she would correctly enter the request for a replacement card, but was unable to provide me with any confirmation or tracking information so that I could be assured it was processed correctly. She was also unable to provide me with any additional contact information to contact the main Zipcar offices where my request would supposedly be processed.**Unfortunately, I have already had to pay additional money for a rental car in the past month, since I did not have access to my Zipcar service. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in (finally) providing me with a replacement card. I do not wish to cancel my Zipcar service, but should I be unable to access a service for which I am paying for, I may be forced to do so.**Sincerely,*Stacy Wolf
