My name is Peter Roody. My Zipcar name is "therood".**I had a car reserved today (August **th) in NYC and when I went to pick up the car I was told by the attendant that the car was removed from the premises the day before with another car by Zipcar. I was not informed so I went to pick up the car. I called zipcar and there were no cars available within ** miles. I was told by a supervisor that the car had been in an accident. That is not true according to the garage attendant who said the car was not in an accident. So Zipcar did not inform me that the car was removed from the garage a day before my rental, Zipcar lied to me about the issue, and I was forced to cancel my plans. I just got back home and checked and I have not been credited for the cost of the rental. Also I believe that I should be reimbursed for a free rental since Zipcar should have contacted me so I could have made alternate plans. Please advise me when I will be reimbursed for the rental fee and subsequent free rental.**Peter Roody
