Hi. My name is Oindrila Bhattacharyya. This is my Zipcar card Id: *******. Today I had booked the car from *:**pm to *:**pm. The previous driver returned the car at *:**pm. I called Zipcar customer service to complain about the delay. But they said they could not extend the time because there was a booking at *:**pm. I understood the situation and didnt complain anything anymore. Unfortunately because of traffic in the road, I returned the car at *:** pm instead of *:** pm, i was *mins late and zipcar charged me $**. Inspite of getting the car for * and a half hour instead of the scheduled * hours, I am paying the full amount for * hours ($**.**) and on top of that the $** late fee?? I have been a zipcar member more than a year now and you can check my record, I have never returned the car late, I have always returned it on time, sometimes even before time. Today I had to travel far, that is why I booked it for * hours, but I got the car only for * and a half hour. I would like to request if the $** late fee can be cancelled. And I feel my situation is genuine and this is not the right ground to pay the late fee. Kindly consider my request.
