Hello, I am Taylor from Caras Property Management in Hamilton, Montana. I have been attempting to contact someone regarding an issue with our website that allowed a potential tenant to apply for one of our listings, a feature we have never used. The tenant paid $29, and we are struggling to refund her or apply it to our fee. I am puzzled as to why the system allowed this and have left multiple voicemails. Please reach out to me promptly to resolve this matter. Ideally, we would like to refund the customer the $29. You can contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, I'm currently facing some issues with my Zillow rental listing. Despite having several interested people, only two applicants have completed the process so far. One potential tenant contacted me three days ago stating that both she and her husband had applied, but their applications have not been processed yet. I've reached out multiple times for assistance, but I haven't received a response from Zillow in over three days. The delay in communication is frustrating, especially considering the promptness in attracting prospective tenants. Some applicants are confused between Zillow and Trulia, as they believe it's a separate application process. When I checked Trulia, I could see my listing but couldn't verify my ownership. Could someone please assist me with this matter promptly? Thank you, T.D. Rental listing: [redacted] Valley Hwy, Deming WA [redacted]

I am reaching out due to the lack of response from Zillow's customer service for four days now. We decided to use Zillow to manage rentals for our property. The process seemed straightforward - post the property and have prospective tenants apply online. However, Zillow is not processing all applications correctly. Some applicants are submitting fees, but I am not receiving notifications or seeing the applications on the site. Despite sending multiple emails over the past four days, Zillow has not been responsive. Their phone system is also unhelpful with no one answering calls or providing any assistance. This lack of communication and support from Zillow has left me unable to effectively manage my rental property, and it is frustrating for both me and the prospective tenants.

Hello; I believe there is an issue with the Zestimate for our property, which is impacting our ability to lease it out. The house was previously leased for $[redacted] a year ago and is now listed at $[redacted], which is consistent with the rental prices of 4-bedroom homes with central air, heat, and a spacious backyard in our area. Potential renters are expressing concern that our rental price is too high, but we are confident that it is aligned with the market rates. It appears that the Zillow Estimate is inaccurate, leading to the confusion. Furthermore, I am facing challenges when trying to edit the listing details such as specifying the type of bathrooms, flooring, and A/C information. Despite accessing the Rental manager to edit the listing, I am unable to find these options to update.

The Zestimate valuation for my home is inaccurate and unfair. Initially estimated at $[redacted],[redacted] and recently seeing an $80,[redacted] tax assessment increase, the current Zestimate surprisingly stands at $[redacted],[redacted]. This figure does not align with the actual market value, especially considering a neighboring smaller home with fewer features is valued significantly higher per square foot at $[redacted], compared to my home's $[redacted] per square foot. Attempts to reach out to the office for clarification have been unsuccessful as calls only lead to voicemail messages. The discrepancies in Zestimate values are affecting the potential sale of my home, contrary to the belief that it provides a close estimate within 10% margin. I would appreciate a discussion on this matter. Please respond via email or at [redacted].

My rental listing at [redacted] Oneida St. in Denver, CO [redacted] has been active for some time, and I want to refresh the listing by resetting the number of days it has been up. Despite taking the ad down for a few days and reposting it, the counter retained the original number of days. This issue has led to less visibility for my listing, and I am unsure how to create a truly 'new' listing. Should I remove it for a specific period before reposting, or must I opt for the $9.99 per week option to reset the counter? I have already reached out via email and voicemail to Zillow twice but have not received a response. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. J.A.

Subject: Urgent Situation - Request for Assistance To whom it may concern, My name is Suzanne Milano, and I am facing a significant hardship. I have been a responsible and stable tenant in the same townhouse for the past 9 years. Unfortunately, my kind landlords recently sold the property to Zillow, with the closing scheduled for April 28th. Due to the unforeseen circumstances surrounding the coronavirus outbreak, my situation has become increasingly difficult. I am a 64-year-old individual battling Stage IV Adrenal Cortical Carcinoma, an extremely rare form of cancer. Over the past 6 years, I have undergone multiple surgeries and treatments. I am currently in need of lung surgery at the NIH, which has been postponed for 3 weeks due to the pandemic. Given my compromised health and the advice of my doctors to remain in quarantine, my recovery period is crucial for my well-being. I have reached out to the local Zillow agent overseeing the property sale, offering to pay a reasonable rent for the next 4 months until I recover. However, I was informed that this was not possible, and I was faced with the option of paying a service fee or voiding the contract. Despite the efforts of my landlords contacting Zillow on my behalf, the situation remains unresolved. Considering the current circumstances and the impact of the pandemic on the housing market, I kindly request assistance from your corporate office to allow me to stay in my current residence for a few more months. Your understanding and support in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Suzanne Milano

I reside at [redacted] Tolt Highlands Road NE, Carnation, Washington. Our property covers 20 acres with a [redacted] square foot rambler featuring stone floors and custom cabinetry. Additionally, we have a [redacted] square foot barn, an Olympic-sized horse arena, and fenced cross-fenced areas. This equestrian estate is currently listed on the market for $1,[redacted],[redacted] post appraisals. While Redfin's estimate is close at $1,[redacted],[redacted], Zillow inaccurately uses our tax assessment at $1.1 million. Surprisingly, a neighboring property with similar features but less usable land is estimated at $1.9 million by Zillow. There is also a [redacted] mobile home on 20 acres valued by Zillow at nearly $[redacted],[redacted]. I am requesting an update to my Zillow Zestimate to reflect the property's value of around $1,[redacted],[redacted], aligning it with Redfin. Additionally, Zillow indicates that our property is not on the market, which is misleading. Despite multiple calls with promises of a callback, I have received no resolution. These discrepancies are causing numerous issues, including international inquiries offering cash based on the incorrect Zillow price. This misinformation needs to be corrected promptly.

I own the property at [redacted] Camino Sevilla in Indio, CA [redacted]. It was a bank-owned property in desperate need of repair. I have since renovated the entire house, adding many upgrades including tile floors, new carpet in two bedrooms, crown molding, refinished cabinets, new appliances, a stainless steel backsplash, an enlarged island, trash compactor, block wall in the master bath, custom closets, new lights, ceiling fans, removed posts, and redesigned landscaping with Arizona natural stone, water features, a built-in barbecue, and alumawood patio covers. The house has been repainted inside and out. I have spent over $[redacted],[redacted] on renovations. However, neighboring smaller homes with fewer upgrades are valued significantly higher, over $[redacted],[redacted] more. This valuation seems unfair, and I am seeking resolution.

Hello, I made two payments of $29.00 on April 5, [redacted], for myself and my co-applicant and submitted both applications to a landlord. They informed me they only received one application. When we tried to retrieve the co-applicant's information on Zillow, we had to start the process over and it requested another payment instead of applying the previous one. Due to time constraints, I made a third payment which is currently pending. I am requesting a $29.00 refund to be credited back to my card. I have already sent two emails and left two voicemails but have not received a response. Additionally, we did not receive a confirmation number for the third payment. 1st confirmation number: [redacted] 2nd confirmation number: [redacted] Thank you.

I am looking to address an issue regarding a property listed on the MLS without proper authorization by Nate Evans in February [redacted] at [redacted] S. Elm Mahomet, IL [redacted]. We are working on rectifying this with the Champaign County Association of Realtors to correct the inaccurate listing. In the meantime, we kindly request that Zillow reinstates the previous value of the property based on the [redacted] Champaign County tax assessment. We are available by phone and email to ensure the property information is accurate for potential buyers. I can provide a copy of the unauthorized listing contract if necessary. The managing broker, Eleni (Helen) Chioros of EXP Realty, is also assisting in addressing this issue. For further communication, I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Marisa Pratt Anstey

We have a Zillow listing for our property at [redacted] Yale Court in Bourbonnais, IL [redacted]. Unfortunately, we're experiencing issues responding to interested parties via email. Our email is [redacted] Whenever we try to reply, we're unable to see the recipients' email addresses. It seems our listing is being confused with another property at [redacted] Yale Ct. in Georgia, which is not ours. This confusion has persisted for three weeks, hindering our ability to communicate with potential buyers. We've used Zillow without problems before and are now seeking assistance to resolve this issue. Our alternative email, [redacted], is available but we prefer to continue using [redacted] with Zillow. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently noticed that the zestimate for my property at [redacted] Heather Way, Lexington, KY dropped drastically from $[redacted],[redacted] yesterday to $[redacted],[redacted] today. This is quite concerning for me, as I had listed my property for $[redacted],[redacted] based on recent neighborhood sales and the zestimate. The sudden drop in value might have affected the interest in my property, which was high yesterday. I have invested over $[redacted],[redacted] in renovating my home, so this change is alarming. I would like an explanation for this significant change in the zestimate as soon as possible. Thank you, S.

I have noticed that my current Zestimate has been decreasing for over a year. I am uncertain if this is due to changes I made to some home details that are not being accurately reflected. My property is a 3-unit multi-family home with a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located on the water in the Keys. Comparing it to nearby single-family homes, the values seem off. My property is listed at $[redacted],[redacted], while a neighboring 2-bedroom 2-bath half duplex is priced at $[redacted],[redacted]. Our property is both income-producing and owner-occupied, making it challenging to find suitable comparables (a full duplex being the closest match). Could someone please investigate? A year ago, our Zestimate was in the $1,[redacted],[redacted] range. Please review the details for [redacted] Alynn Place, Marathon, FL [redacted]. I had a duplicate property listing, and the more recent picture of the property was removed, leaving the older one up.

I am facing difficulties with my property listings in Dallas, Texas. The listings at [redacted] Coolgreene and [redacted] Mile Street are not active, and I have not received any updates or communication despite reaching out to customer service. The verification department mentioned that both listings are not showing up. This situation has persisted for two months now, and I have not received any callbacks or emails regarding this issue. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I have been receiving numerous unwanted spam emails from Zillow daily for months. Despite reaching out to a representative named Claire B multiple times, the issue persists. I have no interest in buying homes in the [redacted] area, yet I continue to receive these notifications on my phone. I have tried to ignore them, but this morning alone I received three more which I sent a photo of to Claire B, who has not taken any action. If anyone can help, please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.

Hello, I filled out a rental application and paid $30.00 for the screening test. However, when I tried to submit the application, it took me back to the beginning, losing all my information, and requested another $30.00. I checked my bank statement, and the $30.00 was deducted. Unfortunately, the rental I applied for is now closed for applications despite only having one other application when I applied. Due to this technical issue, I prefer not to proceed with the application through Zillow and would appreciate a refund of the fee. Thank you.

I am a homeowner selling a house located at [redacted] Old Hunters Trace, Marietta, GA, [redacted]. My realtor hosts open houses every Saturday. The open houses are visible on Redfin and Realtor.com, but they do not appear on Zillow for some unknown reason. She mentioned she tried reaching out to you multiple times and left messages but has had no luck. Could you address and resolve this matter? Her upcoming open house is on May 16th from 2-4 pm and will continue every Saturday during the same time period. Thank you.

I have contacted Zillow multiple times through calls, emails, and messages, regarding the property at [redacted] Camino Sevilla. The property's value seems significantly inaccurate according to the comps used. Properties next door with smaller square footage are valued much higher and appreciate each month, while [redacted] Camino Sevilla's value declines. For instance, [redacted] Camino Sevilla, with [redacted] sq. ft., has a zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted]. Meanwhile, my model, [redacted] Camino Sevilla, with [redacted] sq. ft., is valued at $[redacted],[redacted]. Another property, [redacted] Camino Sevilla, of the same model, has a zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted]. However, my homeowners' insurance requires coverage for no less than $[redacted],[redacted]. I request proof of how Zillow calculated these figures and why the value of [redacted] Camino Sevilla continues to decrease while similar properties appreciate. I am eager for a Zillow representative to reach out to me promptly.
