I am unable login to my Elder Scrolls Online account. Nor am I able to use the account recovery tool because their system says my info doesn't match even though I know it does. I have emails from ESO for activating my account and when I attempt to make a new one it tells me my email has already been used. this is ridiculous. I cant use my work email for games and I have no intention of making a new one for this singular reason.*i recently purchased new content for their game and would very much like to play. my time is limited(i have a stressful job , long hours etc) so spending an hour of my time trying to speak to a company with no phone number is not a satisfactory use of said time. so please email me back, find my account, or refund me my purchase. I wold rather the former as I've heard your newest addition to the game is very enjoyable. Sincerely -Peter Farrell.
