Good evening, I am a regular customer, and while I usually enjoy shopping at your stores, today I am extremely frustrated by the lack of customer service I received. The boot I purchased had two different style numbers and sizes when it arrived. When I called the number on my receipt to report this issue, I was transferred to a remote worker who couldn't connect me to a store or a supervisor. The options given to me were inconvenient because they couldn't guarantee the item's availability at a specific store. I understand changes have been made due to the pandemic, but customers shouldn't be disadvantaged when they are not at fault. My order number is [redacted]5. Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience at Zara store in Saint Ferréol Marseille. At the end of March, we bought a pair of jeans for our 9-year-old daughter for her birthday. Unfortunately, after wearing it only twice, there was a hole in the crotch area. When she tried to wear it for the third time, the jeans completely tore apart. Due to current health conditions, we are unable to return the item as the store is closed. We no longer have the receipt, but we paid with a credit card and can find the transaction on our account statement. Our daughter and we are extremely disappointed with the poor quality of this product, which does not meet Zara's reputation. Our daughter is careful with her clothes, especially with this birthday gift she was so excited about. She used it normally, so this tearing was unexpected. This is the first time we have had to make such a complaint to a store, but the quality of this product has truly shocked us. We would appreciate guidance on how to replace or refund this item. I am reaching out from Ireland regarding the models showcased on the ZARA website. The appearance of these models is concerning as they appear extremely thin. In today's society with increased awareness of eating disorders, it is disheartening to see Zara perpetuating this anorexic aesthetic. Clothing displayed on such thin models is ineffective as it does not accurately represent how the clothes would look on individuals of a healthy size. By featuring models with no curves and an extremely tall stature, Zara is promoting unrealistic body standards that can be damaging, especially to impressionable young women. It is important for Zara to embrace diversity and showcase models of all sizes to reflect the beauty and uniqueness of women in [redacted]. Bogus

Hello, I made a purchase in November but couldn't collect it due to the lockdown. When I finally went to the shop on April 13th, they said they lost my purchase. Customer support has been unhelpful, transferring my case to another department without a resolution. I initially requested [redacted] euros compensation in the form of a Zara gift card, but they only offered free shipping. Despite contacting them again, they still won't budge. I purchased two pairs of pants from Zara on April 12, [redacted]. Despite the status indicating delivery on April 14, [redacted], the package never reached me. The order number is [redacted]8. All address details were correct. After tracking the package, it appears Purolator made the delivery. According to Purolator, the delivery was made on Wednesday, April 14 at 3:09 p.m. I now wonder where the package could have gone. How can I locate my missing package? Do I need a tracking number, or should I reach out to Purolator as they handled the delivery? I truly adored those pants and would appreciate a replacement if the original package cannot be retrieved. Otherwise, a refund from Zara would be necessary since the total cost was $[redacted].07. Good afternoon, I am experiencing an issue with a recent purchase from Zara. I made two orders on the same day, and while one arrived within a few days, the other has not been delivered. Upon checking the status online, I noticed that Zara provided different delivery dates for the two orders (April 25 and 26). When I reached out to Zara's support team, they informed me that the missing order was actually delivered on April 22. I was at home all day on the 22nd, and my community is known for helping with misplaced packages. Despite opening a case online and receiving an email regarding the tracer investigation results, which stated that Columbus confirmed the delivery was correct, I still haven't received the order or a refund. I recently bought a pair of pants from France, the "PANTALON SLIM FIT IMPRIMÉ" for €39.95 in a nice green color. Unfortunately, the fabric, with 4% elastane, has stretched out so much that within an hour, it has become two sizes too big. The fit is now extremely loose, deformed, and shapeless. I am disappointed with the poor quality of the garment, especially considering the high price I paid for it. Best regards.

Hello, I received a pair of pants I ordered from ZARA online, but they arrived stained. I promptly returned them after taking photos on the delivery day. I wanted to email the photos as evidence, but I was told to use the chat function. Unfortunately, the chat experience was frustrating as I conversed with a robot before finally speaking to an advisor who advised me to use the chat again. It seems there's no option for email or any address provided. Is it necessary to have a degree in political science to return a faulty item and get a refund? Thank you for your assistance.

I mistakenly returned non-Zara items instead of my Zara order number [redacted]7. The items were picked up on November 20th, but I have not received any updates on the return process or a tracking number. Despite daily requests to customer service for expedited delivery because I am moving, I have not received any helpful information. I have called customer care over 20 times to inquire about the status of my non-Zara items, but I have not received any updates or assistance. Zara has not communicated with me about the error in the items returned or when I can expect the correct items to be delivered. The lack of response and assistance from Zara customer service is frustrating. Despite my continuous follow-ups for the past 5 days, I still do not know the whereabouts of my products and now I am relocating without any information on my order.

To whom it may concern, I would like to file an official complaint regarding my recent experience at Zara in the Trafford Centre, Manchester. I was extremely distressed and exhausted waiting in line with my three young children for 40 minutes. Upon reaching the cashier for a refund, I handed over the item and my receipt. After issuing the refund, the cashier could not find my receipt which I needed to show that I had purchased items totaling approximately £50-£60 the day before. This led to an additional 20-minute delay while he searched for it, all while my children grew more upset. I was shocked by the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff throughout the ordeal. The cashier's panicked reaction, lack of apology, and the manager's rudeness were unacceptable. They even refused to provide their names when requested, further adding to the poor experience. This behavior was unexpected from a reputable company like Zara. The whole situation deeply upset me and was distressing for my children to witness. Dear Zara Customer Service, I am encountering difficulty with returning an item due to a mistake on my receipt by a store employee. I have been back and forth to the store multiple times in attempts to return a clutch valued at $55. On 6/14, I purchased a white handbag and exchanged it for a black one the following day. However, it seems the employee may have scanned the white bag twice, causing an issue with the return. When I tried to return the black bag on 6/23, they could not process it as the SKU was not found on the receipt. They suggested I find another receipt or contact customer service for help. Despite several attempts, the system could not locate the black bag on the receipt. This frustrating experience has led me to reconsider future purchases at Zara. On July 2, I purchased two sale items from Zara, a cream/light yellow knit vest, and a striped long-sleeved blouse. Despite waiting patiently for about two weeks, the items never arrived. When I checked my order on the Zara website, I discovered that the items had been delivered to an old address in Chicago, where I haven't resided for almost nine years. My current and long-term address is in Georgia, at [redacted] Ridgefield Drive, Roswell, Georgia [redacted]. I made the payment for these items through PayPal, and I only have my Georgia address linked to the credit card used. It's perplexing why Zara sent the items to the Chicago address. The Chicago address is a sizable apartment building with a front desk for mail retrieval, making it likely that the package went missing after delivery. I reached out to PayPal on July 17 to address this issue and initiated a formal complaint. However, Zara has not responded since. Today, I escalated the issue with PayPal. If I'm unable to receive the items due to being sold out, I would appreciate a refund.

Hello, I am Colleen Mackenzie. I purchased an emerald green alpaca jumper from Zara on Kings Road during my visit to London on September 21st. The product number is [redacted]/[redacted] and the price is £49.99. I returned it by post on October 11th to adhere to the 30-day return policy, as I don't live near a Zara store. Despite petrol shortage preventing me from driving to Bluewater or Maidstone, I sent it back to the Kings Road shop with the receipt and a cover letter. Zara attempted to contact me on October 13th, evident that they received my parcel and details. Despite sending additional proof of purchase and call records via WhatsApp, they haven't responded regarding my refund. I've been told to wait 10 to 14 days before inquiring about the refund, but I feel frustrated with the lack of acknowledgment. I just want clarity on when to expect my refund.

I recently received a gift from Zara for my newborn baby. Unfortunately, there was no receipt or information on the sender. Despite contacting customer service twice, I was left on hold for extended periods with a crying baby in tow. I requested to speak with a manager due to the language barrier and lack of understanding from the representatives. Regrettably, no one has returned my call, and I am unable to express gratitude to the generous giver as Zara refuses to disclose any details. The inability to receive assistance or a callback is beyond frustrating. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided and would caution others against making purchases from Zara.
