Yesterday, in your SOHO new york store, we waited ** minutes while your employees worked on the self check computers. the regular check out line was no shorter. Rather than announce they were having trouble, they waited til we got up to the front- tried it several times then said sorry it's not working. no kidding, it tried to charge me $***. for two t shirts. I had pushed my daughter all day to stop in at Zara's to try these t's and after that sales service and tech problems, no thanks. On top of it all when I asked the manager to take those of us who had already waited so long to the other cashiers lines- she said sorry, no. We should go to the end of it and wait all over again. So rude. I would like * regular womens t- shirts size medium, one white, one off white sent to me - Julia Bleckner ** Meserole St *L Brooklyn, New YorK * *****. really it was only $**. but the time it took out of our day- just to make my mom happy we tried them *****.
