Hello, * Ive been shopping at your store for the last * years and have always had a good experience. I wanted to buy an outfit for my birthday, but didn’t have time to try anything on. I was told with the reciept i would be able to return any items. Sadly i somehow lost the receipt, all the clothes have tags attached and unworn. I thought i would be able to get atleast a store credit and am told from the store and as well as your customer service online that is not possible. Only exchange for a size or different color which im not interested. The store said possible if i could pull up my bank statement for the date of purchase they might be able to offer store credit. Im not asking for anything just want to share that this isn’t a great policy and deters me from shopping here in the future. I work in customer service and i know its my fault i lost the receipt, but with all the technology these days showing my date of purchase with valid attached tags intact i’d hope for some leniance or assistance. I spent $*** and now am stuck with clothes i won’t wear.**Take care*Priyanka
