Dear Zara**My name is Tome Tomski , your customer for last ** years. I was enjoying your shoping for last ** years but today attitude of your Manager of shop in Sofia , in heart of center is unaceptable for any reason. Like always i go to cashier to pay , and your atm terminal was not working. The cashier try * times and after that i call the Manager on Shift. First she was so unpolite and rude. She start to saying to me that is not her problem , if she has bank she will not work in Zara , that like problems with atm terminal there are problems with weather , politic , etc and etc. I am speechlees , i will take care the top management to be informed about this , please check the cameras from the shop and you will shame that she is representing Zara. *Kindest Regards*Tome Tomski***********
