When I checked the monetization eligibility of my channel, I noticed that the Monetization tab correctly displays the number of subscribers, but the watch hours are only showing as [redacted], which is less than the actual 1.8k watch hours reported in the Analytics tab updated up to 02/01/[redacted]. It appears there might be a bug in the watch hours calculation within the Monetization tab, causing it to underreport the watch hours. I kindly request that you investigate and fix this issue.

I posted two videos of myself when I was a child, which I am now uncomfortable with. My younger sisters also accidentally posted a video of them playing, and I am concerned about their privacy. The videos are under the name Lauchlen Huntress. One is titled "Don't Cut or Commit Suicide" and the other is a "Day in the Life" video. The video with my sisters should be located near these. Please remove all of these videos. Thank you for your assistance.

It has come to my attention that a company is being promoted on YouTube and engaging in deceptive practices. They are advertising a website called "thiswentviral" with the misleading offer to "make your computer like new" by selling overpriced thumb drives with a supposedly free operating system installed. This is clearly unethical as the software they are selling is actually meant to be freely accessible to all users. It's alarming to see such exploitative behavior being promoted online.

Dear YouTube, I recently encountered an issue where the mini player is paused for kids' shows. I am trying to enable the mini player for kids' content, but it only seems to work for adult shows. My child, who is nonverbal and has autism, becomes upset and frustrated when the mini player stops for his favorite shows like Barney and The Wiggles. I have been attempting to resolve this problem without success. I believe there may be other children with autism facing the same challenges. It would be greatly appreciated if you could undo the pause for kids' shows or provide an option to toggle the mini player on and off specifically for children's content. Thank you, Craig

I have received a Community Guidelines warning, and I was waiting for it to expire on January 29, [redacted]. I was not engaging in any violations such as posting spam, scams, or deceptive content. All my content was authentic, and I did not have any copyright strikes. I had planned to transfer videos with copyright claims to another channel to protect this one. I have been using this channel since January [redacted]. Dear YouTube Team, My channel MrKARproductionslife should not have been terminated. I do not believe my videos or channel violated the community guidelines. Could you please review my channel to check if my videos were wrongly flagged? My videos contained: - No nudity or sexual content - No violent or graphic content, as I aim to provide educational and entertaining material - No hateful content, political speech, or threats were shared - No spam or scams, all videos are meant for education and entertainment - No misleading metadata, I comply with tag regulations to provide informative and engaging content The notification from YouTube mentioned "repeated or severe violations of our Community Guidelines," but I have never received a strike on this channel. I fell victim to two scam Youtube live streams on December 22, [redacted], involving cryptocurrency fraud. The first scam was an XRP giveaway using a fake video with the promise of ten times the amount of coins sent back. I mistakenly sent 10,[redacted] XRP coins, equivalent to $[redacted], but never received any back. The destination address was rBmUvU9BmBRDAYpyEjjG1ehGXsuEgsPxfZ with a destination tag of [redacted]. The second scam involved Bitcoin, where I lost around $[redacted] by sending .25 BTC to the address 1PfVxW7Qudbx6TEzCMH2ymMuUdD4F2Mjgn. I am currently unemployed and desperate to recover my lost coins. I tried contacting Youtube support, but received no response. Yesterday, I contacted customer service about an issue and they were very helpful. When my husband and I signed up for YouTube TV, we unknowingly created two separate accounts during the two-week free trial, as we both used our individual account information in the same household. After speaking with the representative yesterday, we canceled my account to avoid the duplicate charge. However, due to my confusion, I accidentally canceled the free trial on my husband's account, which was supposed to last until February 5. Surprisingly, this morning we noticed a $52.99 charge on our credit card for the account I mistakenly opened and canceled prematurely. Could the company refund us for this charge as it was an honest mistake on our part not realizing we were running two separate accounts unintentionally?

I recently encountered an issue with my Google.tv access being suddenly disabled without notice, despite being a paying customer. Google.tv is requesting the accurate local area information. When I signed up for GoogleTv in September [redacted], I manually entered my local area as Zip [redacted], [redacted] Kepley Rd Chapel Hill, NC. Despite living in this location for 15 years with no plans to move, my location is sometimes shown as Atlanta, GA. My service provider for internet and home phone is ATT Wireless Internet. We opened an account for a free trial of YouTube TV but can't access it on our TV. We need to cancel before being charged $50 on January 19th. Trying to contact support by phone led to long wait times, and the online chat sent us to a costly help center called Just Answers. They promise to refund the charges but claim it will take five business days. It's frustrating how quickly they charged us but are taking so long to refund. We are unhappy with the service and want to cancel both Just Answers and YouTube TV to avoid these charges.

There is a well-known gaming channel on YouTube called Riot that was recently temporarily banned for violating a rule by advertising a live stream on Twitch. While it may seem harsh, such actions are against the rules and justified. Despite the ban being initially intended to last for a specific period, the channel remains suspended beyond this timeframe. It would be unfortunate if this community-driven channel was not reinstated without a proper explanation. For clarification, the channel features content related to the game Geometry Dash, with a popular video titled "Bloodbath Verification" with over 3 million views, suspended since July 22, [redacted], for a 3-month period. Hello YouTube Community, I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding my YouTube channel that was hijacked by a hacker who transferred primary ownership to another account. I lost access to my channel on January 11, [redacted], and the hacker has deleted videos uploaded on January 1, [redacted]. Despite having email access, I no longer have control over my channel as the hacker transferred it to their Gmail account. I have evidence of ownership, including the cover photo. I am currently experiencing significant issues with my YouTube/Google account, which I co-own with a business partner. After my partner encountered login problems on his new phone, I attempted to access the account from my new laptop. This triggered a security alert, leading to us being locked out for security reasons. Despite our efforts over a week, we continue to face challenges accessing the account. The security measures, while important, have become overly restrictive, hindering our music business and artistic endeavors. My account got suspended, presumably because I posted referral links in comments on YouTube videos, which I now understand is seen as "spam." Although I accept the suspension, I'm worried about losing years of saved content for subscriptions. I'm not sure if this suspension is permanent or temporary, and I can't find any answers. My Gmail was also suspended but has been restored. The email linked to my account is [redacted] Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated as I'm feeling very anxious about losing my content.

I recently reviewed my credit card statement and noticed two charges of $54.83 on Dec. 16, [redacted] and Jan. 5, [redacted] from YouTube TV. I encountered difficulty setting up YouTube TV on a new Firestick, potentially leading to accidentally creating a new account around Jan. 5. I would appreciate it if the mistaken account could be closed, and the charge from Jan. 5 refunded. There are troubling videos on YouTube from the channel mentioned above, occupied by Hard Kaur, who is known to support terrorist groups and promote violence against specific religious communities. The content includes explicit and disrespectful remarks towards Indian diplomats along with glorification of a deceased terrorist. Several countries have labeled Khalistani Outfits as terrorist organizations, and the owner of this channel openly aligns with these extremists, encouraging violence against Indian political figures and individuals of a certain religious background. India's High Courts and Supreme Court have already addressed the issue of hate speech and incitement on social media platforms, highlighting the importance of stringent actions to prevent such activities. I urge the relevant authorities to swiftly and effectively address this matter by banning the channels associated with promoting Khalistani terrorism, including the mentioned one and others. It is worth noting that Twitter suspended the account in question some months back, underscoring the severity of the content being disseminated.

I am facing an issue with my latest upload. Initially, I had 8 likes when the video reached 30 views. However, with 60 views, the likes suddenly dropped to 5 and have remained stuck at that number. Despite knowing that at least 20 people have attempted to like the video, the like count hasn't increased. This issue is very concerning to me, as having the correct number of likes on my video is essential. Kindly address this problem promptly.

I would like to briefly explain my situation. I am not very fluent in English, so please bear with me. Around 2-3 years ago, I created a YouTube channel just for fun, where I upload my favorite songs. I posted approximately 10-14 songs on that channel. At some point, I lent my phone to a young relative, and subsequently, I didn't use a mobile phone for 2 years. After this time, I purchased a new phone. One day, while using the YouTube app with a different Gmail account because I couldn't remember the password for my old one, I came across my old YouTube channel on the home page. At first, I didn't realize it was my channel as it was listed under the name Amanat Ali. Upon further investigation, I was shocked to find all my favorite song videos on the channel that I had uploaded previously. One video had over 40 million views and [redacted],[redacted] subscribers. Despite the channel being inactive for 3 years due to not having access to the original Gmail account, I am now keen to regain control as my family could benefit from the income generated. Given the challenging financial situation my family is facing, having the channel back would be a great help. I kindly request assistance in recovering access to my channel.
