How did GetHuman-lovelpan do it?

The issue in GetHuman-lovelpan's own words
Purchase the movie "Push" to watch. ... My name is Michelle Burns. I was charged $*.** from my credit card to watch a movie on YouTube. Your support people told me the transaction didn't go thru. I have an email from my credit card company,( I was trying to figure out how i could attach it or send the screenshots to you on here) card.com that states my card ending in **** was charged $*.** for the movie "Push" at **:** pm. *Your chat person told me the transaction did not go thru and that it said my card was stolen. Why would I have texts and email from my credit card company if my card was stolen. They charged me the amount for me to watch that movie and you need to make it available to me or refund my money. And figure out what that Frances P. Chat person for your company was talking about, saying my card was stolen and the transaction didn't go thru!!!???
There's NO WAY, that works, to contact a live person for customer service at YouTube!!
I want YouTube to accept a payment that was given to them for me to watch Push, the movie. Otherwise, just please refund the money. And tell that chat person, Frances P, t my card s not stolen and to be more diligent in her job.
I've been on here since **** and I listen to music, watch music videos and watch movies on YouTube all the time.
Called my credit card company, couldn't get a live person there either, but the automated system says that $*.** WAS PAID to YouTube. I've tried going thru on the phone, with emails, thru the chat option and sent screen shots of the emails I got from my card company showing I was being charged for the movie.
