Appalling service. My delivery was bumped off twice (having stayed in on both days to accept delivery) and, after being promised a pre midday delivery on day three, was informed that there was no guarantee it would be delivered today- I am practically last on the tracking list, therefore the odds are not in my favour. In addition, this is day three when my life is on hold at the behest of yodel. I was told that any compensation for my inconvenience should be made to the supplier, not the deliverer, who is the one providing the bad service. I would have given no stars for this review but the system will not allow you to move on if a star is not identified. Bad does not describe this service, appalling and incompetent does
