Sierra DeMers*Sep **, **:** AM CDT**I don’t feel it was a courtesy. After * hr of waiting I called grub hub and the restaurant per grub hub. They said it was picked up * hr ago. Alter talking for * hr ** min them calling the driver * times no answer. They could not help me until they talked to him. Finally they did a chat with him and he lied and said he tried to call me. So they said they could only refund me $** but not my whole amount. And they were doing me a favor. I said tell him to come to my and show me on his phone that he tried calling me. He was lying. But they said no basically I was lying. And if I wanted part of what I paid or nothing. I asked for a supervisor and she got on the phone and said the first words she said is I’ll refund you the whole amount. Then that was it. This started at *:** pm to *:** pm with me having to fight for my money. For food I never received. After * hr ** min wasting my time, making me feel like I was lying, no call from driver, not eating all day. Enclosed is copies of snapshots from my phone.**I have used Uber Eats many time. They allow you to contact the drive and also you can look at his location.**Maybe you should get with Uber Eats and give us a choice who we would like to use.**I feel GrubHub should of without question, apologized for the inconvenience, giving me a total refund without making me feel like they were doing me a favor and also say they were sorry and gave me a credit for future use as a thank you for giving them a try and the problems that I went through and hope my next experience would be better.**The last experience is always the one you remember.**Photo *-last call to GrubHub*Photo *-snapshot talking on the phone with GrubHub*Photo *-NO call from driver, call to restaurant and calls to GrubHub with last one being *hr ** min.**This was not a courtesy.**Summary of changes made:*This refund is a courtesy from Grubhub.
