When rolling out badges, its helpful to put explainations of what you need to do to earn them in your badges page. I am a very frequent user with very few badges, so this was ill conceived when it was rolled out and *or not properly documented. Its unfortunate you do not want direct contact for better improvements with your customers and do not staff any customer * member service emails, instead choosing to believe everything is perfect in your bubble and a bulletin board type help center is best, but only looping the same issues, not including or encouraging any further development.*I have also had trouble on the few times I have tried to use the Yelp ordering, orders get lost, not prioritized, definately not ready at the appointed time. With at least two new features unusable, its rare I would even try something else new, and you will quickly be replaced when the next big review thing comes around, because you don't care about your audience and cant keep up. Don't say I didn't warn you...

they have a real email address that takes these types of question, rather than living in their closed bubble of issues and comments that already have answers being closed to new issues or comments from its customers.
