I've noticed others are experiencing the same issue as me. The last time I managed to log into my Yahoo account (using a sbcglobal.net address) was on Friday. Ever since then, I've been receiving a "server error" message right after my address is accepted on the login page, before I can even input my password. It seems like some consent form is causing issues. I tried logging into my sister-in-law's account, and it worked perfectly fine for her without needing to go through a consent process like I do. It seems like the problem lies specifically with my account.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account through the email address, [redacted] I entered the correct password, but Yahoo is asking for a set of numbers linked to a mobile number that does not belong to me. I am looking for assistance to resolve this matter and regain access to my account. Thank you for your help.

I recently replaced the LCD screen on my phone because it was completely blacked out. Now, when I try to log in to my Yahoo account, it is asking for the account icon key, but I am unable to retrieve the code from my old phone which was connected to my email. I also don't remember the password for my alternate email and I have lost the associated phone number. How can I regain access to my Yahoo mail account, which I have been using for a long time?

My email keeps getting hacked by the same person using [redacted] I'm extremely frustrated by this repeated incident. They have gained unauthorized access to my personal apps like Amazon, Hulu, and others through my supposedly secure personal email. I urgently need assistance to resolve and prevent this from happening again. I have security questions that should only be known to me. Please reach out to me promptly regarding this privacy breach on Yahoo Mail. Thank you, Deanna K.

I am having trouble accessing my email address because I have forgotten the password. Unfortunately, I am unable to recover the password as the recovery email is an old email that I no longer use or have access to. I have attempted to contact Yahoo Customer Support multiple times. Although one representative answered briefly, they hung up while I was providing my email address. Since then, all of my subsequent calls have been rejected. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter and regain access to my email address.

I would like to know how to update or remove the phone number linked to the auto-generated card that shows up when I hover over my Yahoo name icon. I'm unsure of why this number is there or how it became part of my Yahoo auto-generated card. The card supposedly is only visible to me, but I am unsure what that entails. I wish to avoid a scenario where someone could receive an email from me and try to reach out using the phone number connected to the auto-generated card. Thank you.

I recently noticed that 16 years' worth of emails and folders have disappeared from my account without my involvement. I am eager to recover them promptly. After submitting a request that resulted in incident [redacted]9, I found that the provided form did not have relevant options for me to select. I seek clarification on why my emails and folders were unexpectedly deleted and how they can be restored. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Amanda D. I need to talk to someone who can help me because my phone can only be accessed with my Yahoo address. For example, Facebook and all my apps are gone. I cannot access them anymore because I have a different phone number, and I think my password was hacked since I cannot access my Facebook either. Your Yahoo support is really bad, and I cannot make progress like this!

I forgot my Yahoo password. I attempted to reset it twice using my phone number but didn't have enough time to fill in the code provided. I may have inadvertently clicked on "I can't access this number," which led me to another option. This option involved sending an email to another unrecognized email address I provided. When I tried to log into that email, Yahoo couldn't recognize it either. Now, I'm left with no way to reset my account. I believe I can recover my account using my phone number, but that option is no longer available.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my mailbox, which I have been able to do effortlessly for many years. Despite not having a mobile phone and utilizing public computers or those provided by various locations, including libraries, former workplaces, or friends' homes, I can no longer gain entry. Unfortunately, my possessions were taken by individuals hired by the social housing landlord, including my phone and charger. Communication with my loved ones is paramount, and I rely on my email for this. I kindly request an alternative security verification method, such as inquiring about a pet's name or a favorite mountain, as obtaining a mobile phone solely for receiving SMS messages is not financially feasible for me.

In December, I encountered difficulty accessing my Yahoo Business Account for Robert M. McVey (Rmcv). Despite attempts to reset my password, I found myself stuck in a loop when trying to enter the code sent to my phone. Following advice from a Yahoo representative, I clicked on the outline of a person in a circle at the top right corner to reset my password successfully. However, upon returning to my account after a week, I discovered that many of my regular email feeds and folders were missing on my home computer. Interestingly, my iPhone displays different email content in the inbox and all folders appear intact, which is the format I wish to see on my home computer as well.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my old Yahoo ID as I have forgotten the details associated with it. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the linked phone number or the recovery email. The only information I am certain about is r*******n@y****.tr. I am at a loss about what steps I can take in this situation, especially since I find Yahoo's customer support service unhelpful. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I have been trying to access my old Yahoo email account, [redacted], in search of a resume I dedicated several months to completing. The verification process requires me to access two old email accounts for which I no longer have the passwords. The phone number linked to one of my old Yahoo accounts, ondrox32, is only useful for the newer account, which I can access easily. I am seeking assistance in gaining access to my old Yahoo email account, [redacted]

I've been using my Yahoo account for many years. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my second step verification phone number and backup email. This has made it impossible for me to access my account where I have many important things. I urgently need either the removal of the two-step verification or an update to my personal information so I can regain access to my account. You can contact me best via email at [redacted], which is also where I would like my backup email to be updated. Thank you.

I recently lost my cell phone, which had the security key activated for easier login verification. The issue now is that the recovery account linked to my Yahoo! account is incorrect. I am unsure if I can update this information without finding my phone, or if I need to create a new Yahoo! account and close the current one.

I have been unable to access my account for approximately a month now. Unfortunately, I do not have an alternative contact. I urgently need access to my account as it contains important official documents for both my work and courses, such as documents related to the "Seventh International Congress on Teaching of Law" and the "4th on Legal Research Methodology," as well as materials for the Regional Forum on Migrant Children, Sensitization, etc. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated as I require these documents for my work responsibilities and legal procedures.
