I've had this email account for several years, originally created when I was 13 and now I am 22. Over time, I have changed phone numbers, and I am struggling to access my email due to forgetting my password. Additionally, I am unable to recall the recovery information associated with the account. I can vaguely remember the last digits of my old phone number, but since I no longer have that phone, it is not helpful. This email is crucial as it is linked to many of my online accounts.

Around a week back, I began getting mailer-daemon emails for an email address not mine, even though I didn't send any emails. This keeps happening every time I receive messages from businesses I interact with like insurance companies. The email in question is always for [redacted] There seems to be a technical issue causing this with Yahoo, as changing my password didn't resolve the problem.

I am having trouble accessing my account on my laptop. I rely on an account key, but I no longer receive it. I attempted to use the recovery email and phone number, but I no longer have access to them as they were from my Nigerian workplace and are no longer functional in the UK. Although I can still check my email on my UK mobile phone, I cannot sign in to remove the account key. Please reach out to me via the same email address.

My email address, [redacted], has been compromised, and I have been unable to access it for some time now. Despite my efforts, I am unable to receive verification codes from Yahoo on my phone for reasons I cannot understand. Today, I successfully changed the password for the account. However, since it has been a while, I keep receiving messages stating that I have never logged into the email account from any of my current devices. I would appreciate a dialogue box where I can choose or add my own recovery email. Although I managed to do this before, network delays caused me to miss the codes before I closed the window.

Hello, I have been using my Yahoo Mail for over 4 years to send emails with photos to my email address without any issues. However, around 6 to 8 months ago, I started receiving failure notices when sending photos. Though I didn't think much of it at the time, 2 months later when I tried to access my email, I couldn't log in immediately due to security reasons. When I finally gained access, my mailbox was empty, and it seemed like my email address was no longer active. I was devastated because I had important photos of friends and celebrities that I had collected over the years. I kindly request assistance in restoring all the emails that were in my inbox. The email address affected by this issue is [redacted]

Hello, I have had my email address for over 4 years acting as a safe box for all my important data, such as photos and phone numbers. Although I would occasionally check it and everything seemed fine, about 6 or 8 months ago, I received a failure notice from Yahoo when I tried to send an email. Not paying much attention, I tried to send it again after 2 months, only to encounter the same issue. Upon accessing my Yahoo mail, I faced difficulty logging in at first but managed to get in after going through security steps. To my shock, the mailbox was empty, as if I had just signed up for this email address. All my valuable data and photos which I don't have copies of have disappeared. I am reaching out for help in recovering the content of my inbox. My affected email address is [redacted]

Dear Community, I am experiencing ongoing issues with my Yahoo account where I keep receiving the same emails from certain addresses repeatedly. The sender's emails bounce back to them about 4 days later with a delivery failure notification. This situation is making the service unreliable, far from what I expected from a top-tier service. I would appreciate any insights into why this may be happening and if there are any solutions available. Thank you for your help. Jana Sys

I also tried to have the code sent to my recovery email at [redacted], but I never received the email with the code. It's crucial for me to access my Yahoo email to retrieve important information from previous emails that I often refer back to.

Hello, I am the administrator of a Yahoo Group that has been active since [redacted]. Recently, I have been experiencing issues with adding new members to the group. We have an important meeting coming up, and it's vital for me to address this promptly. Despite my continuous efforts to invite people over the past two weeks, Yahoo is not sending out the invitations, making it impossible for me to add new members. Surprisingly, there are no pending or bouncing invitations, just a lack of delivery. I regularly check the Yahoo Groups page in hopes of a resolution, but to no avail. This situation has been frustrating and has hindered our group's communication, as I often have to manually manage email threads by ensuring all members are included. It appears that I am not the only one facing these challenges, as I have noticed similar complaints with little to no response. Any assistance with resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Yahoo Mail seems to have split into two separate mailboxes. I can only access one of them, but my emails are being sent to the other one. For example, my Yahoo Mail address is [redacted] When I attempt to send an email from my Gmail account to this Yahoo address, I receive an error message stating that the address can't be found or is unable to receive mail. Surprisingly, I found out that I can send emails to the same Yahoo address if I add '.vn' to the end of it. The issue is that I need access to my original Yahoo account, [redacted], because I used it to register my Facebook account a while back, and it's where I now receive my confirmation emails from Facebook. Even though I enter [redacted] in the username field, I keep ending up in the [redacted] mailbox. This has caused me to miss out on important emails from Facebook and other platforms sent to my Yahoo.com address. I'm seeking advice on how to retrieve the emails that were sent to my original Yahoo.com account.

Hello, my name is Rajesh from Hasti Industrial Society in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. I am the society manager. We encountered a problem with our society's computer recently. A computer mechanic informed us that the hard disk was the issue. Even after attempting to format the hard disk, the problem persisted. Subsequently, we replaced the hard disk, but when we tried to access our email ([redacted]), it requested a password that we did not have. I tried the "Forgot password" option, and it prompted for a mobile number for OTP verification. Unfortunately, the individual associated with the mobile number provided, [redacted], Mr. Prakash Oak, passed away four months ago. We are seeking assistance to access our society's email account. Thank you.

Hello, I am Rebecca Williams. Unfortunately, I accidentally ran over my phone that was linked to my Gmail and Yahoo accounts. The email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted] The phone number connected to these accounts is [redacted]9. I was able to get a free phone with a new number, [redacted], added to our Metro by T-Mobile joint account. This new number is now active on my husband's and my accounts, and the old number is no longer in use. Losing the old phone is devastating as it held memories of my child from ages 4-14, including pictures, videos, and stories she wrote. These accounts are crucial as I use them for everything, including storing client tax returns. Unfortunately, I cannot access them as the screen is shattered, and the SIM card is out. I have all my passwords written down but cannot recover the accounts. Please contact me at [redacted], as my husband and I are sharing his Gmail accounts for now. Your help in recovering my Yahoo or Gmail account, both active since [redacted], would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Rebecca Lyn Williams-Hardman Yahoo Customer since [redacted]

I've been having trouble receiving personal emails on my [redacted] account since October 8, [redacted]. In an attempt to fix this issue, my computer technician sent an email from my [redacted] account to his own. However, when he replied, it went to an unrecognized address, [redacted], instead of coming back to me at [redacted] I've tried deleting and resetting the account following AT&T's support instructions, but it hasn't helped. I've been dealing with this for days now, and my account keeps signing out on my mobile devices, requiring me to log in manually every time. I have two other att.net email addresses that are functioning correctly, so this seems like a specific problem with my [redacted] account. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Annette P.

For the past week, I've been experiencing a persistent issue with Yahoo not sending automated tracked emails promptly. This delay has been causing significant disruptions in sending and receiving my emails. I have relied on using the Read Notify website for two years to track my emails, receiving notifications upon delivery and opening. However, in the last week, there has been a severe delay of up to 12 hours or even a full day to confirm delivery or opening status. Upon contacting Read Notify's support, I was informed that this delay is due to Yahoo's problem with automated emails. Waiting a whole week for a resolution seems excessive. I would appreciate any insights on whether this issue will persist or if there is a potential solution. The ongoing delay has left me feeling extremely frustrated. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Is there a phone number available for me to contact for assistance?
