Dear Sir*Madam**Since ******** I have received any emails to my yahoo email account, and I noted my signature contact details had been changed.**I strongly suspect my account was hacked from the email messages in the outbox between Yahoo and the responsible person (which appear to originate from myself).**I have taken the following steps to secure my account:***. Changed the password**. Set up an account key**. Changed the contact telephone number**. Deleted and reinstalled the yahoo mail App on my iPad and iPhone.**However now all the emails I receive are not deposited in the “inbox” folder but are stored in the “unread messages” folder.**Can you please assist me so that all new emails are deposited in my “inbox” and confirm my yahoo email account is now secure.**My alternate email address to confirm I receive your response is: *******@***.com**Regards**David Green
