on MS *** professional using att.net, after extensive deleting and filing of emails, I created a new folder and moved (using dropdown 'move') several emails into this new folder and renamed another two. moving in the last two emails, a message flashed something about the folder being 'bad' or not there and it disappeared. I used mail restore and selected 'mail disappeared' and asked for a ** hour time frame. Before working on this email I had approximately **** emails. It has now been more than ** hours and last I looked, i was * shy of **,*** emails. Why are so many emails being sent back and when will it stop restoring? Working with Office *** tech support and want to know when I can start working on redeleting and refiling all of these unwanted emails.
