If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

So I have had this email account through you guys for years and now I believe that I was hacked and cannot get back in. I set it up when I was very young so I do not believe that I have any information pertaining to my "account ID", I don't even know what that is! I don't know how to solve this issue, even the saved password on my computer for my email account isn't working anymore. Please Help!

I opened one of those chats with a service agent from AT&T after I couldn’t get through the recovery process that was provided. I had to get temporary password sent to another email and then sign in and change the password. The agent sent me the links I needed and was very patient! It was quick and easy! I couldn’t for the life of me remember my security answers or any other information because my email is so old. Hopefully this helps!
