Help with my Yahoo issue

I am trying to log in normally, without being asked if this is my first time signing in with my device every time. ... For the last couple of months, every time I try to log into my mail, I get the whole "First time signing in with this device?" thing. NOTHING has changed on my end...always and only use it at the same two places ...work and home, so I don't know why it keeps happening! Contacted Yahoo via email a few times, and not a SINGLE PERSON understood what I was saying, and just gave me formulaic or completely WRONG bs that had nothing to do with what I was asking. I'm sick of this and want it taken care of, once and for all!
Every time I got correspondence back on this issue, it was blatantly obvious that no one took the time to fully read what the problem was, and if they did, they didn't understand what I was saying!
I'd like them to actually answer the **** question and give a real solution since there's nothing to read on their site about solving this problem.
I've been with Yahoo probably twenty years...back when you could actually talk to someone!
I've tried Yahoo Help a few times....which turned out to be NO help whatsoever.

How GetHuman-jagplf fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-jagplf to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
