On August 12 around 1 PM, I accidentally deleted all the emails from my "Operation Crock" folder while trying to clean another folder. The "Undo" option disappeared too quickly, and I couldn't reverse the action. I raised a help request and got incident #[redacted]4. I was informed via email that my emails would be recovered within 8 hours, but the folder remained empty the next day. I only found 6 emails from May to July in the Trash folder, a fraction of the ones I lost. I moved those back and cleared the Trash. Despite two follow-up requests with the same incident number, I haven't received a response or found a contact number to call for assistance.

I have two email accounts: [redacted] and [redacted] I know the first email exists, but I forgot the password and I no longer have access to the registered phone number. Although I tried various passwords, customer service informed me that my account was suspended. As for [redacted], I'm unsure if it's a valid email. I used it for an iPad but can't recall if I signed up for it. I can provide answers to all security questions and personal information if you could assist me in recovering my passwords. Unfortunately, I can't access the phone numbers associated with either account.

I recently received an account key from Yahoo, yet I don't have an account with them. After contacting customer support, I spoke to an individual with poor English skills who asked for the code and later mentioned a $[redacted] fee to resolve the issue, which seemed suspicious to me. Even though I clarified that I do not have an account with Yahoo, my daughter, on the other hand, does have one and is facing account problems. She informed me that I may have been targeted by a hacker with the text I received. As I am not well-versed in tech matters, I am concerned about the possibility of someone creating a fraudulent account in my name. I neither possess nor desire a Yahoo account, so I am seeking guidance on how to safeguard against this potential fraud. Your assistance is much appreciated.

Dear Yahoo Top Executive, I'm writing to address an ongoing issue I face when accessing Yahoo while abroad. Upon logging in, the webpage appears in a foreign language, rendering it impossible for me to access my emails. I believe a more efficient approach would be to utilize the computer or device's preset language, currency, and date format preferences, rather than relying solely on IP location. This would greatly benefit the over 80 million individuals who travel internationally for various reasons, ensuring a smoother user experience even when outside their home country. Additionally, it's essential to note that U.S. citizens are not subject to certain local data regulations, which are overlooked when using IP location as the determining factor. I urge you to consider this feedback for a more user-friendly and inclusive Yahoo experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Good afternoon, I am currently facing difficulties accessing my old Facebook account that I registered with an email from yahoo mail back in [redacted], specifically [redacted] and [redacted] The account has been inactive since [redacted], and I now wish to regain access, but I have forgotten both the Facebook password and the password to the email associated with the account. Though Facebook has sent a reset link to my email, I am unable to retrieve it as I cannot recall the email password and the system claims the email does not exist when I attempt to sign in. I have been advised to reach out to you as my last resort. It is crucial that I retrieve information on this account as it holds personal value to me. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your response. Kind Regards.

I created the account l**********[redacted] two years ago, but due to personal issues, I've been pretty much disconnected the last couple of years. I really do not recall when I updated this account's alternate address and password, but unfortunately, I do not have access to that anymore. I do recall the original password I set up when I signed up for l**********[redacted], and I do have access to the alternate email address I first added to that account in case I would need it, which is l************[redacted] If someone could just restore the password/alternate email address/all account information as I filled it when I first signed up and before it was updated on October 28, [redacted], at 5:46 PM, that would be perfect, as I'd be able to access my account without any assistance. I really need to access this account, and I am the legitimate owner/creator. I do understand this is unusual, but it's really important for me (more for personal/emotional reasons, since no sensitive information like banking info or whatever was never related to this email). Unfortunately, the link in the automated email isn't working anymore, and I long lost the phone number associated with it. I beg you to please help me with this or let me know how we can work it out. I would very much appreciate it.

I recently received an email that appeared to be from Yahoo regarding my account security. The email claims there have been unusual activities on my account and prompts me to click a link to verify my account to prevent it from being closed permanently. I am unsure if this is a legitimate message from Yahoo or a potential virus. Can someone clarify if this is a genuine email from Yahoo or a phishing attempt? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

About a week ago, I discovered that my emails were not as expected as some appeared to be missing. After investigating further, I realized that all of my folders had disappeared. Despite sending 4 requests for assistance over the past few days, I have only received a generic confirmation that my requests were received without any actual help. These folders contained crucial information dating back years, and I am unable to recreate them. I urgently require the restoration of all my folders. I am unsure if there are any legal actions to take, but that won't recover the valuable data lost within my missing folders. Please rectify this issue promptly and recover my email folders. Thank you.

I had an unexpected resolution to my issue with Outlook [redacted] on my PC. Since yesterday, without making any changes, I started receiving all my backlogged emails and staying up to date in Outlook, Yahoo email, and Yahoo mail on my iPhone. Although I usually keep a copy on the server, Outlook was not receiving emails and showing an error message when trying to read the Yahoo server. When I unchecked the box, Outlook received emails, but Yahoo Webmail did not. To workaround this, I now check the box in Outlook to "leave a copy on the server" to ensure all devices receive emails. I aim to have my emails saved in a .pst file at year-end for reference and keep my phone in sync with Outlook. My main goal is to have my emails accessible, sync Calendar and Contacts, and manage server space efficiently.

I'm currently 13 years old and a while back created a Yahoo account with a password I have since forgotten. I've tried many passwords, but none work. I can't recall setting a recovery email because I only had one email then. Unfortunately, I used a random phone number when creating the account and now a recovery message is sent to that number. When I attempt to log in, it requests my old number, and I randomly input two numbers that worked. However, when I indicate that I don't have access to that number, I get stuck. I haven't accessed this account for a while due to the forgotten password, which is frustrating because I didn't save it at the time. I require access for League of Legends confirmation and it's an important old account.

My phone died, and my backup AOL email is inaccessible because I can't recover it. I have a new phone and a new Yahoo email that works fine on the app, but I can't access my old Yahoo email ([redacted]). Despite using it previously with the app, it doesn't recognize my phone number. I created a new Yahoo account ([redacted]) for the new phone, and it works, but I can't log into the old account anymore. How can I receive a new code for my old email or reset the account? The old account doesn't recognize my phone number now. I changed phones but kept all the same info. Please help with accessing my old account. Thank you!

Hello, my name is Charlie Iwuchukwu and I have encountered an issue accessing my Yahoo account ([redacted]). I am currently unable to log in due to a notification key code situation. The recovery method I have set up is a phone number ending in +[redacted][redacted]. I am currently in Nigeria, and the network provider in Brazil is not working for me here. I have reached out to customer care multiple times and provided all the information I can remember, including a picture on my account. I have been using this account since [redacted], and all my important files are stored there. I urgently need access to my account. I have also added a new backup phone number using my Nigerian number from MTN. Could you please assist me in regaining access to my account? Thank you.

I believe my email account has been compromised by someone named Troy Cowell from Santa Cruz, Jamaica. He is repeatedly sending me unsolicited apps through email, specifically the Digicel Top Up app, requesting top-up minutes for his phone. I fear that he might have accessed my personal information, and I am concerned that my emails could be redirected to him. Despite seeking help, I have not found a resolution. I am feeling stressed and anxious about my safety. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience to provide guidance or assistance. Thank you.

My Yahoo email account sent out multiple emails to old contacts, containing 8 contacts each. I received a failure notification, which alerted me to the issue. There was also a warning about a suspicious login attempt that I didn't notice at first. I've updated my email password and requested my internet provider to change the router password. Although I have notifications set up to go to my cell phone, I only received them on my alternate email, which I didn't check promptly. How can I ensure that I receive immediate warnings on my cell phone? Do you think I've taken all the necessary security measures?

Regarding Case: [redacted]6, I was instructed to send an email from a different email address apart from my yahoo account. My primary email, [redacted], has been in use for years. I am attempting to switch back to my maiden name, Diana Manuel. I responded to the questions via my yahoo email as I wasn't given the option to use my gmail account. I am sending this message to demonstrate that I do have a secondary email under my maiden name. For further information, kindly contact me through my yahoo account as I only use gmail for my google activities. You can reach me at [redacted]; please leave a message, and I will return your call. My yahoo account is not only for personal use but also linked to billing accounts, and I prefer not to create a new yahoo account but to rectify the existing one for continued usage. Thank you, Diana Lynn Manuel.

I have set up a Yahoo email but now I can't seem to locate it. I have shared the address with several highly important people, two of whom are involved in a life or death issue. If the email cannot be found and I set up a new one, is there any chance I could still receive what was sent? I was advised to trust Yahoo over Gmail due to consistent issues with Gmail. Currently, I can only access the Gmail account but I need access to the Yahoo account urgently. Please assist me as I am anxious about missing crucial medical information that I have been waiting for. In case of urgent matters, I can also be contacted at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Jenette N.

I was recently logged out of my Yahoo account and cannot remember the password. When trying to reset it, I was prompted with the security question about listing 5 email contacts. Since our business mainly uses the reply option for emails, we do not have a set list of contacts to provide. The email address we are locked out of is [redacted] We tried using the name and date of birth of Narciso (Nat) Garcia as a password, but it was unsuccessful. Access to this account is crucial for our business operations. Some of the companies we have created signs for include (names of companies). Potential contacts in the account might be: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] Any help in resolving this issue would be highly appreciated. You can reach us at [redacted] (Jennifer) or [redacted] (Nat).

Hello, I am uncertain if I have reached the correct department, but I require assistance in accessing my Yahoo account. I am prompted to sign in with an account key, and I no longer have access to my previous phone number on file. Additionally, I do not have an alternate email address linked, resulting in repeated error messages. I am unsure of the next steps to take and would prefer not to create a new account as I receive important information on my existing one. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
