Tip from another customer
If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-sbaidoo's own words
Early **** I started getting problems with my old yahoo address: *****@***.com. Apparently it had been hacked and I tried to change the password multiple times but, somehow, these passwords got mixed up because it seemed there was a lag in accepting in the system. Eventually, I could only receive but could not send or respond to any messages. I elicited help from more competent IT friends but because I was always taken to your helpdesk which didn't have a human to interface, the problem was never really resolved. I was therefore advised to open a new email: *****@***.com on ** July ****. This at least helped me to continue to have access to my original email, even though I couldn't send anything from it. Recently I have had notice to activate my *****@***.com address with the threat it would be stopped otherwise, but when I have tried to do so it has not worked. I don't want to lose my previous ** years of email under *****@***.com so if there is a way to merge previous messages to my new *****@***.com account that would be wonderful. If not, please reactivate the *****@***.com or tell me what else to do. I shall consider having a paid address if you can merge the two under *****@***.com. Thanks.
