Hello, I hope you are well. A couple of weeks ago, I attempted to access my Yahoo email account, but unfortunately, I forgot my password. The mobile number I previously provided for password recovery is no longer active, and both Gmail accounts linked to my email are inaccessible. The phone number on file is a landline that cannot receive text messages. Accessing my email is crucial as I have important emails saved there, and it is also linked to my PayPal account, containing essential information. Is it possible to contact me via phone instead of text for password retrieval? I urgently need to regain access to my email [redacted] Thank you, Samantha L.

I have encountered an issue with my Yahoo Fantasy account where my three fantasy football teams from the [redacted] season have disappeared. Recently, I received an email prompting me to remind the league commissioners to renew the leagues. I clicked "ignore" for two teams and "remind" for one. Now, I cannot access any of the three teams from [redacted]. I previously reached out to Yahoo and communicated with Ryan from Buffalo referencing case#[redacted]2. The response I received mentioned that the [redacted] fantasy football season hasn't started. I firmly believe I should still have access to my [redacted] fantasy teams, as I was still able to view my [redacted] teams at this time last year. I would appreciate your assistance and guidance on this matter. Thank you.

I have an old Yahoo account that I have used since my teenage years, before creating my current account and a Google account. Due to getting a new computer and having to reformat it, I lost access to my Windows account and key needed for Microsoft Office. My Windows account is linked to my old email "juancarlosdomingo30[at]yahoo.com," but I have forgotten the password and can't access the recovery options. My old phone number is no longer in use, and I need help from Yahoo to recover the account because it is essential for my social media and Microsoft account. Thank you for your assistance.

I can provide the necessary personal information for security reasons. The email is [redacted] In the past, Yahoo would ask a security question for a password reset, but now I need help accessing my account without that phone number. Thank you.

Dear Yahoo! Team, I am reaching out because I have encountered a very common issue - I have locked myself out of my account on your platform, [redacted] I created this account around 10-14 years ago when I was just a teenager, and unfortunately, I cannot remember the password or answers to the security questions that I set up back then. Despite trying all the options available in the account security section, I have been unable to regain access. This email address holds important contacts and information related to customers, thus I am in urgent need of your assistance. I am willing to provide any required forms of identification to verify that the account belongs to me. Thank you for your help and understanding, Matthias Stummer

I mistakenly linked my gaming account - where I've invested a significant amount of money - to the wrong Yahoo email address. Unfortunately, I cannot edit or change the email attached to the account, and the customer service support I received was unsatisfactory. The incorrect email address I used is "[redacted]" instead of my actual "[redacted]" account. I have created a new Yahoo account under "[redacted]" and re-requested verification from the gaming website, but I am not receiving the emails. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for several days now. Deleting the gaming account with the incorrect email is not an option as my other linked accounts depend on it, and can only be unlinked with verification from "[redacted]," which is not receiving the emails. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

A while back, one of my email accounts ceased working. My business website and email have been hosted by Yahoo since [redacted]. I've used three addresses: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] One day, the david@xxx address just stopped working, and I'm uncertain about the info@ one. It has been challenging to find a way to contact Yahoo, as the available information is unclear, and there is no phone number, which is frustrating. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue as I find it easier to communicate with someone directly. Thank you.

I have another account linked to my Facebook that I created years ago. I am unable to access it due to a forgotten password and the phone number associated with it is not mine. I'm having trouble accessing my Yahoo account. I've tried various methods to log in without success. My name is S.A. Crane, born on Feb 07, [redacted], with Social Security Number [redacted]-74-[redacted]. The Yahoo email associated with my account is [redacted], and my password is [redacted]3. After attempting to log in, a pop-up appeared stating that they noticed unusual activity and prompted me to verify my identity. I selected to receive a key on my alternate email, [redacted] However, when I clicked the send key button, nothing happened. To ensure it wasn't a problem on my end, I sent a test email from another account successfully. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to contact a human or email their support team.

Hello, I am writing to address an issue with our platform's email verification process. While emails are successfully delivered to inboxes of members using other servers, those with Yahoo accounts are experiencing difficulty receiving the verification email. It either lands in their spam folder or fails to reach them altogether. Can you shed some light on why this is happening and provide guidance on how we can resolve it? Thank you for your assistance in advance. Warm regards, E. Georgiadi SHARE LV Director

I would like to kindly request to revert my email setup to how it was yesterday. I am struggling with the new frosted green color scheme as it is causing strain and glare, particularly on all three of my linked emails. I find it difficult to navigate the site and locate my email addresses. Due to my changing eyesight and current health limitations, I am unable to undergo any corrective procedures at this time. The emails in question are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I am emotionally affected by this issue as the new format is overwhelming and causes discomfort. Reverting back to the previous green strip design with white lettering would be greatly appreciated. I have tried multiple times to resolve this by restarting my computer, but to no avail. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be highly valued. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Hello, I am Tovic M. I have logged into my Yahoo account but am unable to fully access it as it requires my old phone number which I no longer have access to. My father, Robert J. Verchota, has used [redacted] for many years. After struggling with his password, he reset it. Now, he is unable to access his emails as the system requires a Key Code that he did not request. His bills are being sent to this email he can't open, causing urgency. I've tried to assist him in vain with the verification process. Despite having his phone number listed, he never receives the Key Code. Adding [redacted] as an alternative email could be a quick solution, especially since his cell phone may not receive text messages for Key Codes. This situation is overwhelming for my father given his age and health. Please help resolve this immediately. Thank you. Robert R. Verchota, his son, can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] Your prompt attention is greatly appreciated.
