I purchased an order from Taco Bell Chanhassen, MN on ***** totalling nearly $**, which included: * Beef Nacho Combo box with lemonade, * Cheesy Chalupa Value box with lemonade, one spicy tostado and two * piece order of cinnabon delights. I received the two lemonades along with someone else's order, which included cinnamon twists, a bean and rice burrito and a soft taco. Net, I paid for $** worth of food and received about $*-* worth of food, which ai did not order. I phoned the restaurant to immediately notify them of the issue, but I was hang-up on ** times. One time someone answered, and when I asked to please speak to the manager they (male employee) hung-up on me. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company, since I did not receive the goods I paid for. I am a loyal Taco Bell patron, and this is NO way to treat any guest. Please verify the staff members that were working the night of ********** and provide some *** coaching at minimum. When a paying guest receives the wrong order, we are not being a PIA* we simply want what we paid for and are entitled to receive.
