If it is, check your account status online to confirm your payments are up-to-date. It's likely an error if everything appears correct. As a preventative measure, you could manually pay your current bill and then reactivate autopay. This should resolve the issue. High bill amount. Want to cancel and get a lower plan

xfinity hot spot connectivity and extra device

To connect to an Xfinity hotspot, ensure your device's WiFi is turned on. Select 'xfinitywifi' from the list of available networks, then launch your web browser. It should redirect you to the Xfinity WiFi sign-in page. Enter your Xfinity username and password to log in. For additional devices, repeat these steps on each one. Note that the total number of devices that can be connected concurrently is limited to the type of your Xfinity package. Some packages support up to 20 devices, while others limit it to 5 devices. If you're unable to connect, ensure you haven't reached the device limit for your plan.

my remote is not paired with my xfinity box
