I am told there is an outage at my residence by the automated phone service*and by the website when there is not any outage.**The automated phone service hangs up on me.**I can not reach customer service to cancel an extra channels package *and ask about a "franchise fee" I have not been charged previously.**I need to speak to customer service.

GetHuman6850335 did not yet indicate what Xfinity should do to make this right.
