My xerox **** is offline. I've been using the wireless adapter and it just stopped working so bought another adapter and still not working. So followed your instructions and done a reset and when i did this the WiFi option in the admin menu has completely Disappeared so i can't select ip address or anything to help me. Its been like this for * weeks and its costing my business a fortune in printing atm so i don't know if its a fault with the printer or not. *Thank you
