I have been consistently charged for Xbox Live even after I believed I had canceled my membership. Despite contacting customer service a couple of years ago, the charges have continued, now for Xbox Live Gold. I view this as fraudulent activity and have meticulously traced back when the charges started. I immediately reported all these unauthorized transactions to my bank as fraudulent. I have not provided my account details to anyone and do not even own an Xbox console. Every attempt I made to cancel required a password, a concept I am not familiar with. How can I provide a password for an account I did not authorize or approve withdrawals from? Just when I thought I successfully canceled a few weeks ago, I was charged for Xbox Gold yesterday. I have reported these unauthorized charges to my bank and have tried to cancel without success. I am demanding a resolution to this issue, a refund for all the unauthorized transactions since they began, and warn that if this matter is not addressed promptly, I will escalate it further. Thank you - R. Griffin

While enjoying The Elder Scrolls 3, Game of the Year edition on my Xbox One X, an annoying message repeatedly appeared prompting me to sync my saved games for an enhanced experience. Unfortunately, upon syncing my fifth save, I encountered a corrupt save notification advising me to delete and sync the saves again. Despite complying and even resorting to factory resetting my Xbox One X multiple times over several days to rectify the issue, the corrupt save message persisted across all my video games, leading to my frustration. After trying different troubleshooting methods for nearly three weeks, I reluctantly powered down my Xbox One X for several months to save up for repairs. I have since acquired the necessary funds to address the problem. I am unsure if the issue lies with my Xbox One X account or the console itself, as the corrupted saved data seems to persist in the Cloud even after multiple deletions and restarts. This has severely impacted my gaming experience, particularly missing playing Halo with my family. I believe my gamer account is "[redacted]". I hope to receive assistance in resolving this predicament without additional expenses. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.

Recently, my Xbox suddenly stopped working with strange noises and auto shutdowns. After reaching out to an "Xbox Gamer" for help, my console now asks me to sign in, which I attempted with my email and password, only to get an incorrect password error. Expecting a code reset solution, I waited for the code to arrive via contact numbers but never received it, leaving me anxious about potentially losing access to my account.

I recently experienced harassment from three individuals in my messages on Xbox. MsPurpleKills8 initiated the negative interaction by sending me rude messages, which I addressed calmly. However, she and her friends, TheSilverShot44 and soulkeeper196, proceeded to spam me with party invites and continued to send harsh messages. Subsequently, they reported me after I refused to engage with their toxic behavior. I received a notification via Xbox and email about this unjust report, leading to enforcement action against me. This incident has exacerbated my existing struggles with PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression, making it distressing as I typically use Xbox as a coping mechanism. Sadly, my account has been unjustly targeted multiple times, amplifying my emotional distress.

Recently, I encountered a frustrating issue with my Xbox One S. A family member accidentally left it on for a few hours, and when I returned, the TV screen was black. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot - such as changing the HDMI cord, switching ports, and trying a different TV - the problem persisted. Even after various button combinations and reset attempts, the screen remained black. While troubleshooting, I encountered a menu offering options like continue, reset, power off, and offline update. Opting to continue briefly displayed content before returning to a black screen. Subsequent selections of power off, reset without losing data, and factory reset all resulted in the same unresponsive black screen. Despite following online advice, the issue persists, and I am now uncertain of how to proceed.

We are currently experiencing an issue accessing Rocket League. A prompt is requesting us to "login with the account used to purchase the game." Our XBox1 system originally included the game, so there was no separate purchase. It appears we may have accidentally removed the user associated with the game, which used to be highlighted in green on the left side of the screen. My son recalls a possible old account named "DosierMoss---." However, I believed that was solely his Gaming Tag. Additionally, we recently canceled our Xbox Gold account, which previously allowed us to play Rocket League without any problems. Despite trying to resolve this for a week, we have been unable to find a solution. Is there a support representative available to assist with this frustrating situation?

I am encountering an issue with my Xbox Live account. After logging in successfully, I am unable to access Hulu due to a service alert. Despite attempting to resolve the problem by restarting my Xbox and reconnecting, the issue persists. Surprisingly, I have already paid my Xbox Live bill up to June 26th, so the service alert is perplexing. Regrettably, my attempts to reach Xbox Live customer service have been unsuccessful. The error code displayed when I try to access Hulu is 807B0193. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly, as I am eager to relax and watch Hulu before going to bed. If possible, I would appreciate a direct phone call at [redacted]1 for immediate assistance rather than navigating through online resources. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I have been a loyal member of Xbox Live since [redacted], paying monthly for my grandson's account linked to [redacted] with the username sora8448. Recently, an unauthorized person made $[redacted] in charges on my card by accessing the account when my grandson left his game open. Despite never having issues before, Xbox denied my claim stating it didn't qualify. After 17 years of faithful payments, I'm disappointed in the lack of support and understanding. I urge Xbox to reconsider the situation, as this seems to be a rare fraudulent occurrence. Respect and customer loyalty should be valued. I am frustrated and believe this matter should be escalated to a manager for a fair resolution. Please review the account history and show consideration for a dedicated customer like me. Catherine J., upset with the way I've been treated, hoping for a response.

My Xbox and WiFi connection are working well. Despite my brother's smooth online gaming, I keep getting kicked out of matches with a message stating I was "disconnected from Xbox Live." I've tried troubleshooting by restarting my Xbox, unplugging the WiFi router, and even the Xbox itself. I've verified my connection through Multiplayer, and everything seems fine. Strangely, my brother faces no issues when playing on his account on my Xbox. This problem has persisted since late June.

I am experiencing frequent disconnections from Xbox Live, happening roughly every 20 minutes while playing online. My wifi connection is steady and doesn't drop when I'm not on Xbox Live. I've ruled out any internet problems. I've tried various troubleshooting steps, checked the settings and found a "coned NAT." I've set up port forwarding through my internet provider to fix this, but it hasn't helped. I've also done hard resets and power cycles on the Xbox several times. This issue has persisted for two weeks now. I suspect a hardware problem at this stage. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I got signed out of my Xbox account, and all my passwords and other information have been altered. I can't recall my date of birth, but I do have my console and other details with me. I'm hoping you can assist me in recovering my account. The email associated with the account is [redacted], and my previous password before it was changed was Devlinxnh1. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me retrieve my account. The name of the account is XD OKCAJ.

I am having trouble reaching Microsoft Store support, so I am hoping to get help here. My problem is with Game Pass on PC. I recently subscribed and have been unable to download "My Time at Portia" on my computer through the Microsoft Store or Xbox Beta app. I have attempted various solutions like regsvr32 in Command Prompt, reinstalling the Xbox app, and switching between SSD and HDD, but I continue to encounter errors. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm inquiring about my son's account, as we've been overcharged and would like clarification. He mentioned an annual XBOX Live Gold charge of $63.95 on June 4th, is that correct? However, I'm puzzled by the XBOX charges of $[redacted].24 on June 21st and $[redacted].24 on June 20th. My son claims he didn't authorize these. I attempted to dispute the charges with my credit card company, but they advised me to contact you first. If we can't resolve this issue promptly, my son will have to cancel. Additionally, he's unable to recall his account details.

For seven years, I've struggled to access my account on Xbox [redacted]. While I can login successfully on Xbox One, computer, and the app, I'm constantly greeted with an error message on the [redacted], stating, "That password didn't work." Despite numerous attempts of resetting my password, the issue persists. Even after attempting to delete the profile and redownloading, I still face the same frustrating problem. The message advises checking my password length and considering two-step verification. Seeking a resolution to this ongoing issue has become increasingly exasperating.

I was recently charged $9.99 for Xbox without making any purchases. A week ago, I contacted customer service due to a $59.99 charge, which I was informed was an annual renewal fee. I agreed to maintain the charge on my debit card but requested my card be removed. However, I was unable to provide my son's email and tag number at that time. Now that I have all the necessary information, I attempted to address this issue over the phone today, but was instructed to go online instead. I hope for assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my account. I originally created it with an old email address. Recently, I received a text notification in February stating that my phone number was removed from the account. I suspect my email may have been removed as well, but since it's an old email account, I can't recall the password. The account is under the name God of Pizzas, and I should be able to provide accurate answers to any security questions. It's crucial that I regain access to this account as it contains all the games I have purchased.

After relocating my Xbox and controllers in a sealed moving box and leaving them untouched for around a month, I attempted to power them up. While the Xbox functions properly, the controllers present issues. One controller fails to power on, while the other flashes and then shuts off. Upon changing the batteries, one controller began emitting smoke from the headset port. This incident seems to be a recurring problem based on forum discussions. I am now considering reaching out to support, but it appears there is no phone assistance available. I am unsure if the controller is repairable or if I can send it for a replacement. After witnessing smoke coming from it, I am hesitant to handle the controller any further.

I've rented two movies this month and have been unable to watch either. I'm currently seeing an error code on my TV that is preventing me from watching one of the movies I downloaded after purchasing it; not streaming like the first one. I'm frustrated that I've spent money on rentals I can't watch. I kindly request a refund.

I used to have an Xbox Live Gold subscription that I no longer use. Recently, I received emails stating my renewal payment couldn't go through and prompting me to update my payment information. Ignoring these, a charge appeared on my credit card for another year even though I didn't update the card info. I have canceled the subscription now, but I was charged for another year, showing it extends until July [redacted]. I seek to cancel this subscription immediately and receive a $60 refund for the charge.

Hello, I am Ralph Plascencia, a 26-year-old Xbox Live member since [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have been locked out of my old account, associated with the email [redacted], which was created in [redacted] when I was 17. This email belonged to my brother, and I used it since I didn't have my own at the time. I have a lot of valuable data on my account, FriskiestHarbor, accumulated over the past 8 years, and I am desperate to regain access to it. If there is any way you can assist me in recovering my account, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.
